Layne Norton? He knows his info on nutrition/being "natural", I havent watched him for 10 years. From some recent comments I read on him, he seems more angry than what I remember.
Yep, Layne Norton.
Off Topic:
When people say blindly that Back Squats are the best exercise for anyone to get big legs.... I refer them to watch Layne Norton in his competition squat videos. Short torso linger femur requires him to bend over into almost a goodmorning to reach parallel. Back Squats work my ass and Posterior chain more than anything, even more the closer I go to parallel. I still do the back squat, but it's actually on Leg Day with Posterior Focus.
I sometimes do it on Quad Focus day, but I don't go near parallel. I prefatigue on my leg press and jump to my rack to shallow squat to get some more Quad work.
Back on track.
I'm all about harm reduction...
However I got the way I am, running grams of gear. So it's a disservice when anyone conceals that fact, and tries to act like TRT had them jacked. Even more so completely lying saying your on only below TRT values, yet still massive as hell.
Why they lie:
-Harm reduction
-Everyone wants to seem like their a damn genetic phenom.
-They know if THEY tell the truth about their real blast dosages, while the other guy is talking about TRT dosage and massive, that everyone will say doing something terribly wrong and don't know how to train or diet properly, because so and so is huge on TRT.
I can go on and on as to why there is so much lying.
I could tell some of these guys weren't massive when they started gear because once they went down the trt dose they lost everything now you should be able to maintain at least the look that you had before you start it when you were natty.
I lie. I claim natty, when asked, because I don't owe anyone the truth about what I do with my life. Now if I was a trainer I would feel bad about trying to claim natty,, but I'm not trying to train anyone just myself. I didn't start running gear until I was 37 and I'm 41 now and will be 42 soon. I was already massive from years and years of working out and people often ask me if I was on gear at that time as well but now it's just way too obvious. Plus it's illegal in the USA.
