Whats with all these youtubers recommended TRT for a cycle?

He does contradict himself saying in a couple of videos that More Plates shouldn't be speaking on stuff if he lost all his muscle. When Jordon is doing the same thing. He is back on gear and working out... but he put a video out just now saying that his size doesn't matter, because he was already massive before. Well, that kind of contradicts himself from putting down others that aren't sauced anymore.
It's going to basically be a drama channel.
Then I think once he gets size again, showing some training and such. Diet stuff, ect.
Calling out people lieing and such about their dosages and claiming TRT. You can only make so many videos about that.
What if he did these videos. Because he ran out of money and needs to find a way to buy his gear?

Anyone else ever notice how mpmd pictures are all of him pumped up and good angles/lighting and he always wears a tank top to look like he has big delts but the dude is small as shit he looks like he doesnt even train... Steve is the only one who actually lived the lifestyle of a bodybuilder and hes small as shit too.. And they over complicate shit if you ask me. I read steves ebook on gh and honeslty I stopped half way through cuz it was all this science shit that I dont give a fuck about i wanted dosages

I think they all use angles but Derek seems to have dialed the juice back and barely trains anymore. He said on Rogan he's like 20-30 lbs lighter than he used to be. He got big to get a following, then bailed out

The vigorous Steve dudes videos are hard to watch. I don't have 30 min to blow on some of these fucking videos

Derek makes one point then says it slightly different x 30 times which equals a 15 min video really only having one point that can be summed up in 30 seconds.

When he said the rock was only on trt, I was out, never watched him again

MPMD claims every jacked celebrity is just on TRT and Doucette claims he’s on TRT. They’re both fucking charlatans. But can we talk about Vigorous Steve? That shithead pumps his video with a hundred .25 cent words that he doesn’t understand just to sound smart, and makes dosage levels into a pissing match. Every time he talks about his doses they get lower. The fuck claims he’s on double digit TRT and “blasts” on like 100 primo. GTFOH

I wouldn't know, I don't click anything over 10 min if I can help it lol

Reminds me of street racing and ls1 guys saying "cam only" or nitrous cars saying they are on a much smaller shot than they are because ego

I still like Steve's physique overall. I don't need to get huge to where I can't wipe my ass, big enough that they know I'm joosy

Steve's guidelines was 1 unit for every 250mg of AAS a week. It was just a guide obviously.

Yea same with mpmd just spits out all these fancy words to try and sound like he’s knows shit “contractile tissue” “supraphysialogical dosages” “ efficacious dose” like dude stfu with that bro ur not a god damn scientist. Yea Steve videos he just regurgitates shit he reads in studies about hormone replacement not fucking bodybuilding cycles. I think they should all just shut the fuck up about steroids and start talking about how small they are and why the fuck would anyone listen to a guy who looks like he doesn’t even lift.

Steve would talk about running 1.5g test for long periods of time.

To be honest, if it were not for him and his crazy drug experiments, I would have never heard of semaglutide which for me is life changing.

No one wants to be honest about drug use because they don't want to be liable for a newbie destroying themselves.

It can go either way, depends on your genetics, 100mg puts me over 1100, so 300mg is legit dosage FOR ME.

On the other hand i know people who 500 puts them on barely 1500.... so it really depends on the response of your own body to Test.

Test is 100% dose and person dependent. Every single person responds differently and genetics do play a HUGE role in the development of muscle on that particular compound.

Lots of these guys have been on for years and years B&C all sorts of compounds. When they finally scale it back to a TRT dosage most maintain a fair amount of size, especially if using pharm grade test at 200-250mg week.

What most of the YouTuber's won't admit is what else they're using. Sure you're are on a RX of 150mg-200mg a week. What else though? G.H, sarms, orals every few months or low dose dbol/var? Are they still running a few units of insulin pre and post workout? Therein lies the real questions.

I believe most dont wanna fuck up sponsorships or get heat from the clinic they're repping but all it takes is one click to that website and you can see its more than TRT. Most of these clinics now offer way more than just TRT. Some are offering GH,IGF and nandrolone for joint or muscle injury/recovery. Florida is a hot bed for it. Look at all the BB's relocating there to train/get gear legally.

One of the problems is/has always been no one believes a word you say dosage wise depending on how you look. Lee Priest used to always draw heat for his minimalist amount of drugs pre contest. Yet one look at how jacked the kid was at 12-13 should be a good indicator he was a gifted in his genetics and build/structure. Then you have the polar opposite when Rich Piana gave out his detailed steroid cycle when he was putting on tons of size a year or so before his death. Still some people were like no way he's using all that!

The reality of drugs is once you admit your on them no one believes a word you say anymore in regards to what and how much you're on. In a way a sort of understand why Mike O'Hearn claims natty lol

They also lie about their height to a massive degree, so you got guys claiming 6' who are 5'8 and need less drugs to look thick and muscular.

A lot of these guys are so god damn short they look big even as a natty, the same way that midgets look muscular without even touching a weight.

Vigorous Steve is dwarfed by Jay Cutler who himself is a almost god damn midget.

Yea, I feel the same way. some of his stuff has been better for me. Even evaluation on primobolan.

So many of the "Big guys" Hate on primo as they say its weak shit. I started finding more of the evidence based people who back the product for harm reduction. For that, I am glad he had a SPOT in education for me.

After these "Bio Bros" bullshit. I'll pass, but I thank him for his time.

Time for me to get away from the kiddie videos.

Anyone have recommendations for evidence based guys? I am still skeptical of broderick, I do like victor black still, just looking for more stuff

I recently came across a channel called Biolayne. Dude has a PhD, I've only watched a few of his videos, there is some filler he posts here and there calling people out and whatnot for spewing bullshit science but the ones I've watched he covers new studies on training, and he seems to be pretty knowledgeable on the physical side of things. Haven't seen him talk about steroids much though. I'm gonna watch a few more videos from him before I have a solid opinion though. I'm 50/50 on whether I like him or not yet. It definitely is hard to find decent resources that don't also spew some amount of bullshit at the same time.

Layne Norton? He knows his info on nutrition/being "natural", I havent watched him for 10 years. From some recent comments I read on him, he seems more angry than what I remember.

Yep, Layne Norton.
Off Topic:
When people say blindly that Back Squats are the best exercise for anyone to get big legs.... I refer them to watch Layne Norton in his competition squat videos. Short torso linger femur requires him to bend over into almost a goodmorning to reach parallel. Back Squats work my ass and Posterior chain more than anything, even more the closer I go to parallel. I still do the back squat, but it's actually on Leg Day with Posterior Focus.
I sometimes do it on Quad Focus day, but I don't go near parallel. I prefatigue on my leg press and jump to my rack to shallow squat to get some more Quad work.

Back on track.
I'm all about harm reduction...
However I got the way I am, running grams of gear. So it's a disservice when anyone conceals that fact, and tries to act like TRT had them jacked. Even more so completely lying saying your on only below TRT values, yet still massive as hell.
Why they lie:
-Harm reduction
-Everyone wants to seem like their a damn genetic phenom.
-They know if THEY tell the truth about their real blast dosages, while the other guy is talking about TRT dosage and massive, that everyone will say doing something terribly wrong and don't know how to train or diet properly, because so and so is huge on TRT.
I can go on and on as to why there is so much lying.

I could tell some of these guys weren't massive when they started gear because once they went down the trt dose they lost everything now you should be able to maintain at least the look that you had before you start it when you were natty.

I lie. I claim natty, when asked, because I don't owe anyone the truth about what I do with my life. Now if I was a trainer I would feel bad about trying to claim natty,, but I'm not trying to train anyone just myself. I didn't start running gear until I was 37 and I'm 41 now and will be 42 soon. I was already massive from years and years of working out and people often ask me if I was on gear at that time as well but now it's just way too obvious. Plus it's illegal in the USA.

Is this a quote from Norton?
