I don't understand ppl try a dangerous and very expensive combo like HGH insulin before trying high test lol. Makes no sense.

Test is cheap, test is strong, test is fucking awesome.

i dont recommend it but you can make gains in a deficit on that much gear and if you can't, you're buying straight trash. OP is 6 foot 215... that's not that big he doesn't need a gram of test.
U can’t grow in a deficit I’m so tired of hearing people say this. It’s impossible

Test is king in my eyes. There’s not feeling like 1.2 grams of test and the strength and size are better then anything else IMO. I was stuck around 230 for a while and I decided to push my test up to 1.2 grams and I got up to 250 on that amount. After that I truly believe you hit a point where u need to go high in test to see big big size/. I know guys who cruise on 750 test and they’re big guys. It’s these men’s physique guys who don’t use high test cuz they’re going for a certain look and classic guys too.

i still think it's an unhealthy and outdated approach to using gear. hopefully someday i'll be as tough a you and have the ballz to take 2 grams of test EOD

My blood markers are good I’m a lucky person when it comes to gear I can run grams without much changing on my blood work. I eat 500 over maintenance to grow. I also have people help me retard so before u say anything else everything I do is advised by someone who is very knowledgeable. Edit I just noticed ur older then me… what’s ur weight ? Edit: and we’ve all ate 2000 cal surplus to stuff our faces hahah

i'm around 205-210 15% @ 5'10 but i've been out of the gym for quite a while now. just getting back into the swing of things after a long leave.

that's cool that you have buddies who help you -- i did a lot of that too in the past and i've found what works for me. personally i start feeling like shit on higher doses and i realized i don't even need to go that high in order to grow. i'm actually surprised that you only eat 500 over maintenance to gain because that's what i do and apparently i'm a no good gym shark wearing tiktok watching dangly cross earring having fuckboy lol

It depends I mean if I’m being honest I got way over some days maybe like 1500 cals but that’s not what I’d recommend to do. Dude im just giving u shit about the gym shark thing. If u don’t feel good in it then don’t do it. And there’s nothing wrong with being a fuckboy shit I was a fuckboy most my 20s and loved it.

just aware of the sacrifices and that it’s individual, I fukin wish I could look the way I do on a 2g gear and peptides on just 250 test and some primo it just isn’t happening :/

Up the Test dosage to 1,2+ G
Sides are minimal if non existent (at least for me) and the results are fantastic.

I'm doing 1,2g test and 600deca and it's fucking great. I just feel good and I'm really seeing nice gain. All the markers are great too.

Before going the HGH insulin route (I don't suggest you do), just up the test dosage.

HGH at 2-3IU taken 5 days a week is meh... Especially the 5 days a week. If you don't have the money to waste don't use HGH simple as that

Food and more gear is your problem. Or maybe you topped up your genetic potential.

If your boneframe is super small you must look huge at 215lbs 6'

After watching a ton of Victor Black and John Jewett videos over the last few weeks, I have to say my stance on testosterone was incorrect. It should always be a base in any cycle. Stick to safe doses, and safe compounds such as Mast, Primo, test, maybe GH, clen and that’s really all you need. I’m only on 350 test, 300 mast and 40 mcg of Clen and I’ve been making really great progress. I also take Telmesartian, Metformin and ezentime as there isn’t really a risk in taking these. Tons of benefits. Even if you don’t bodybuild you can still benefit from these drugs. I’m loving getting down to a lower body fat. The best part is instead of abusing drugs, I’m using them safely and getting good results. I highly suggest checking out Victor and John. Thanks to them, I’ve learned smarter practices, as well as staying off forums where guys spit 90-95% horse shit and just give flat out bad advice. Im still around sometimes tho

I think Tren or DHB instead of primo would be a better cycle. Maybe with some Dbol.

Why do you reccomend T4?
