I used to be like this until I found the right person. I didnt know that was why, at the time.
Also any medications can cause this. When i was on suboxone i would last so long i would always be asked if it was “them”. So annoying to always explaing why you last so long, and even then they dont believe you.
That said i can go a long time, but i actually dont like it, it is a hassle, and is not fun.
I had to do this too, i found out it was because i was not in love with the person. Also i was forced to always inform before hand too.
Also if you stop masterbating in general or for 6 months, you sure indeed will cum.

So I consider myself more sensitive than most other guys. I'm slightly ashamed but also every woman has loved it. Stress effects me hard but at 33 I have learned alot of coping mechanisms.
Foreplay is not just for her. It may not be something we think about because we don't spend time learning it like they do.

The key is communication. I don't mean like "hey ima try this". I mean just make sure you both know it's good. Don't be afraid to make noise and let her know the same.
