Daily protein from shakes?

I understand you, on the contrary, I like to eat the same thing, even in time at the same time, the same foods

Life/work/commitments make that kind of strict routine impossible for me.

You must be unemployed and living with your parents if you can plan your days like that bro or you've got a very understanding boss that lets you take breaks whenever you want to and stop work to prep/eat meals.

Lots of other options

Self employed and making bank

Desk job and nobody cares if you have two meals during the day at your desk while working

Great wife who meal preps and packs everything for you to take to work in a small cooler with an ice pack - all you have to do is take it with you and eat it.

Why are all the comments so negative here? You are an unemployed loser living in your parents' basement. Really?

@1tank1 thinks he’s better and smarter than everyone else while also being a condescending fuck. He put me on ignore because I politely asked him to clarify a post over and over again (because we both knew what he was talking about was bullshit) but he said I was being confrontational and off topic… by asking about his initial post of a thread

My job allows me to build a schedule. True, my day begins at five in the morning and ends close to midnight, but I am satisfied that I can live like this.
And what's your job?

I have a loving wife who shares my choice and treats with understanding and cooks very tasty. And as above I wrote a work that allows me to live as I want. I'm happy :)

Sorry if that sounded negative bro. That wasn't my intention. I never called you a loser though I simply made an observation on how it looked to an outsider.

If you've got a relaxed work environment and your own personal chef/wife....that's great.

Eating meals at work is not permitted in my job unless during designated lunch break or other designated meal break on a later/earlier shift pattern.

Yeah you can snack on something shit and quick that doesn't involve stopping work to eat or annoying other team members with food smells and jealousy etc so a "tub" of chicken salad or a reheated bowl of stew and rice is just not possible.

Yes, unfortunately there are companies where there is no kitchen or offices without walls, where you can’t eat, which is very inconvenient and sad.
