If you were to train first thing in the morning, let's say 6am, what would be your go-to breakfast/pre workout meal? I can't eat oats period, they digest terribly and would send me back to bed bloated. Shredded wheat with 45g whey poured over isn't too bad but I'd have to eat it a good 90mins pre training. Fasted sucks, I get no pump and I'm kinda burned out after a couple exercises.
I may try 3 rice crispy squares bars, 45g whey and some sea salt a better pump, could even add a piece of fruit with that, about an hour pre training... Suggestions?
