Recovery after gyno surgery

As the title says. I’m getting both nipples done next month. Most of the gyno is from the prohormone days years ago when they were prevalent. Doc is adamant in keeping the glands to prevent saucer effect even though I asked about getting the glands removed as well. Now that I’m more educated and practiced in E2 control I don’t think I’ll have an issue again with the glands still intact.

My questions are for those who have went through the procedure. How long were you out from being able to first workout any body part like legs post surgery? What other body parts did you workout other than legs? How long until you could go heavy again doing chest? Any supps/PEDs/peptides to aid in the speed of the recovery?

I’m not looking forward to being out for 4-6 weeks from the gym like the doc suggested.

I will be continuing my cruise dosage of 200mg/week test and 200mg/week primo (E2 control) during recovery.
 
BPC and TBC promote angiogenesis to increase blood flow to damaged tissues. GHK-CU promotes collagen synthesis. HGH for hyperplasia to grow new cells for muscle and skin. More than this, it's much more efficient if you Google these compounds for a greater understanding, protocols and dosages.
