It's mainly the front of the shoulders and down my arms that hurt and burn, not really anything hurts at the back. I'v only been training arms with dumbells but tomorrow I will try with the straight bar as well see if the same happensHmmm & is that the focal spot of the pain, any infraspinatus weakness?
