If buying testosterone over the counter in Mexico is legal, than what is the legality of home brewing testosterone in Mexico?

Keep a low-profile. You say homebrew, so ur not selling it. however word of mouth in mexico is how they say. faster than 5g, people talk over there. Its legal to make "your own" stuff and use your own stuff. but lets say if the civilian police catches you with it, because they have already profiled you and they just want your money or who knows, scare the fuck out of you, beat/threaten you or extort you.
even the pharmacies over there get bought out by the middle man. some extra goes around and you will get lucky to buy some legit sust or test or whichever, its not sketchy. but for whatever reason a police officer or those undercover CI's (confidential informants) begin to follow you or take pictures of you in public, be aware. they drive those doge ram 4x4 white or black
go to a legit gym, not a warehouse gym. and try to uber or drive. (assuming you are not a local)
this is a situation if things get out of hand. its mostly chill.

You’re totally fine then. You can have raws shipped right to your Mexico address and brew to your hearts content.
You’re better off doing that anyway. One single Aspen Labs (Australia) 1ML Sustanon 250 rediject dose is running around $25 in the border towns right now.
The British Dragon shit they’re peddling to tourists is grossly under-dosed or flat out fake (I’ve tested a bunch of it recently with RoidTest ampules) and the Pfizer EQ that’s available is legit, but dosed at 50mgs/ML so you have to swim in oil to get a viable dose for bodybuilding purposes.
Brew your own and live happy, my dude.
