okay, so i pin 2iu of gh daily fasted in the morning. ive been pinning gh for a week fews. generic gh. i wake up, pin gh and slin and then go and do fasted cardio. i eat after my fasted cardio, i eat 4oz sirloin, 1cup oatmeal, 1 cut egg whites, 2 whole eggs, a scope of protein powder mixed with the oatmeal egg white combo to help me eat it. i train after work right now, when i start using fast acting slin ill switch and train before work.
i measure bg with a bg meter i got from kroger. i measure my bg fasted in the morning, then i measure before every meal. i try and eat every 3 hours. BEFORE slin was introduced, i was at 80 fasted, before a meal i would be at roughly 85-97. ONCE lantus was added to my protocol, my FASTED bg was 100 during the day BEFORE a meal it would range between 100-110. i started my slin at 1iu a day and got to 10iu. yes i know its a low dose but i had no real help so i was being safe and working my way up. i came off slin yesterday because i wanted to see if there was another reason for my bg to be high. i messed up and forgot to check fasted in the morning, but i did 1.5 hours of cardio, got to work and checked and i was at 80 again. will continue to check it.
im aware, at a beginners level, of how fasted, before and post meal and 2hr post meal. i usually just monitor my bg before a meal and fasted. as far as walking fasted etc i havent monitor it that way.
i believe i answered all your questions. my diet is the same thing daily unless i cheat. im at 280 protein and roughly 250 carbs, I THINK. i only want to use slin to help shuttle my glucose into my muscles. thats my logic behind it, plus give my pancreas a break from the constant eating. i had a coach but he wasnt doing what i wanted and was just a cookie cutter program so im not going to follow that diet anymore and will start to up my carbs. i dont plan on making carbs to slin but slin to the carbs im on.
i believe i answered everything. i know its long winded but i tried beating you to possible other questions you might have and gave more info
thanks everyone for the replies and input and help.
