You've got a ton of headroom there before it gets excessive. If the goal is better, then crank it up. 60 fasted 30 later in the day. If you're happy with where you're at then that's your decision to make.65 mins a day, 32.5 mins fasted am and then 32.5 post training, all steady state on stairmaster
Well, you very obviously would know better than me, tomorrow morning will be 60 minutes fasted and 30 post training. I appreciate you and @Evom1 for your inputYou've got a ton of headroom there before it gets excessive. If the goal is better, then crank it up. 60 fasted 30 later in the day. I would cut those fats down. Drop it down by 10-15 grams and just do protein and greens with the no carb meals. It will suck but do that for last 10 days before peak week and I bet you will see some rapid changes along with the extra cardio recommendation. You can move carbs around workout or before it to help with getting through it. @Evom1View attachment 255297View attachment 255298
Current shape at 2 weeks 3 days out, pretty happy with where I'm at, could have some thinner skin though. 2 more weeks to cut water, shred the last bit of fat. Currently on like 1500 calories a day. I'd add it up for you all but I really just can't manage to think too ahead between meals, so instead I'll give my meals, training days (1-5)
1st meal, 40g protein, no carb, 15g fat, meal 2, 40g protein, 10g carb and no fat 3rd meal, 40g protein, 25g carbs, 15g fat
4th meal, 40 g protein, 35g carbs, no fat
5th meal, 40g protein, no carb, 15g fat
Noted, I will make sure i can handle this cardio increase and then look at pulling from there next, already so uncomfortable what's a little more? LolI would cut those fats down. Yeah I’m sure you feel like death, keep grinding man, almost there. @Mac11wildcat is spot on here, definitely follow his advice. That rebound can do wonders for growth and improved composition leading into next growth phase!Noted, I will make sure i can handle this cardio increase and then look at pulling from there next, already so uncomfortable what's a little more? This is why it’s not a good idea to sign up for a show and pay in advance. You can literally sign up for a show a week before.1k sign up fees say no. No point now, this is my first show, and my baseline. My plan is to only improve from this point. I may not be where I want to be but I'm learning the process for next time. I didn't enter this show to win, I entered it to prove to myself I can do a prep, no offense taken, just gotta keep pumping the cardio and hope dehydration tightens me up plenty. If I was stepping onto an ifbb stage or my 10th show it would be different, but I think for myself I need to just keep riding it out
