Belly bloat help

Would this include a hormone panel...don't need any of that to set my doc off.
Yes, it would. You can see if you can ask him to run everything except the hormone panel. Or get it done somewhere else. My wellness place uses a completely different lab. My regular doc would only be able to see something if I give it to him. If you are in the US I can send you a place.

Injection. Oral is stupid expensive and I’m not convinced as effective
Oh yes it is expensive. I've dropped a small fortune in the past couple of years. It is effective for gastro. I'm mostly injecting now because I wanted to target some injuries, but I'd like to start doing a mix of both.

Ya, there's a lot of issues at play here. Diabetes meds, pain meds, having to eat constantly to maintain size. Basically I need to rebuild a healthy gut biome. I also have some nerve damage from diabetes which makes holding my gut in difficult.
I need to reduce inflammation as well. I know this will only come with diet.
Metformin?
In my experience it causes me to bloat. I dropped it for awhile, felt better, had to increase slin dose too much for my comfort. Introduced back in at half dose. It helped.
Maintaining weight, while exercising is very difficult while controlling Diabetes.

My body want to be a scrawny 170. It's a daily battle to eat enough to stay at 200.

Ya, I dropped the metformin about 4 weeks ago when I started my cycle. Had to increase insulin a bit as well. Also take jardiance now.

Just started lantus and loving it. Much better then that other slow acting crap (70/30 something) for overnight.

Honestly bro its probably your age catching up with you. I know that shit gets harder to keep the waist in check. Could also be waste build up. Maybe do a fast for a day and take a cleanse

curious how much insulin are using? I didn't read the entire thread.
Lantus 30iu in morning, novalog 20-30iu per carb meal. Eating at least 5 meals a day, plus when i sleep walk to the frig lol. I always see some empty plates stacked by the bed. Also on jardiance.

About half way thru this cycle I'm probably gonna drop carbs and just have 1-2 carb load days. Im just impatient on getting some size. Only 4 weeks into cycle and its going great! 248lbs and a little leaner already. Also with the mast p im not holding crazy water. I'll be able to see what the cleaner diet does. But ya, age is also playing a huge roll here. Things where soo much easier when young. I still can eat pretty much whatever I want as long as I'm hitting the gym. But belly bloat is being a bitch.

As I'm leaning down a bit its easy to see that I now have Ronnie Coleman type abs. They seperate in the middle.

I started my cute about almost 3 weeks ago. Gone down from 253lbs to 242lbs on the scales this morning
I Noticed for the fist time I was holding fat in a large amount right over my right oblique. Never notice this until my belly finally started to flatten due to eating less food and rebuilding my gut biom. That fat over the right oblique is about half done

I'm going to hit this cut pretty hard. I'm already in the groove, not gonna be giving up. I might even go for the single digit bf%. It's gonna be a little more suffering but its worth it.

I've never dropped below 13% bf roughly. This time its gonna be different. I'm getting older in my 50s so its time to do it. To be like bodybuilder lean I'd have to be willing to drop some weight and that always hits me mentally. I love being 250ish 15% bf. But the belly bloat just makes it look terrible. Maybe now it's time for the 225-235 zone and get ripped like a fool.

Then start doing things right with clean bulks where I never allow myself to get over 12-13% bf before I start to take it back down again. Then slide back into a short cut.

I am also very interested on this matter.

I'm just guessing here, but...the bloating could be a matter of insulin receptors desensitization due to the long term use of insulin ....?
Or
Could be a matter of inflammation of intestins due to the insulin long term use in big doses?

Maybe trying to change the insulin molecule you are taking and hope the body will react smoothly to a different type of insulin...????

Maybe starting to dial in the injectable form of Glutathione could help....???

Little back story. I'm an experienced user of aas (over 50 yrs old). I have a good number of cycles under my belt. Last few years i just cruise with a blast once or twice a year. I suffer from very little to no sides when using test, just belly bloat. Sustanon is my favorite ester combo. I'm also a type 2 diabetic so insulin use and insulin resistance adds to my belly bloat issue. Doesn't matter if it's 800mg or 200-400mg, belly bloat is always an issue.
So my question is about the dreaded belly bloat. I know e2 is to blame but every time I use an AI my e2 crashed even on low doses and I feel like shit. I've used tren a a few times in the past and it's been the only compound that eliminated the bloat. I did about 280mg tren a with 250 test.
This was from homebrew tren a from cattle pellets.
I recently started a blast of 420 test, 350 mast p, and 280 tren a. I'm almost a week into the cycle and I'm noticing slightly less bloat in the morning but the moment I eat anything...bam!
I can't take tren a indefinitely. And this is my first go with mast p. I'm hoping this combo will be the secret recipe.
Maybe from here my cruise dosages can be 1:1 test and mast?
Any insight from others with this issue would be a great help. Yes, I well aware poor diet can contribute to bloating. I've tried it to no avail.

Hi there.
So....did you managed to reach a conclusion?
I might say I have the same problem as you with the bloating issue....
I am inclined to believe that it could be related to low levels of T3 and T4 ... I recently done bloodwork and it seems that I am below the minimum on both hormones... reading about the symptoms lead me to believe that is a very strong connection beetwen tyroid hormones and how the body manages the digestion and absorbtion of food:
- can slow down the digestive process, leading to difficulties in passing stools and constipation
- can affect the muscle contractions in the digestive tract, causing bloating and gas
- sluggish digestion due to hypothyroidism can contribute to weight gain or difficulty in losing weight.
That's why I'll start to try and fix this to see how it goes.

Prebiotics could potentially help with some of the digestion issues and maintaining healthy gut bacteria

I'm 3 wks into a cut right now and have noticed dramatic changes already. Guess not every cycle being a bulk is a much better plan

Now that I'm on AAS, I've noticed the belly bloat as well. I remember back in college learning about how men store more visceral fat (ie beer belly) and I figured the drastic change in testosterone levels is causing me to store more fat in that way instead of the accumulation I had when I was natty.

I figured if I cut down, it would go away, and it is less disappointing to have a beer belly and still see my abs than to be all jiggle.

I could be completely wrong though.
