Google, exchanges and internet providers release information pretty much automatically for a request on any investigation in EU nowadays and a good lawyer indeed can push investigation to happen.
I'm not talking about civil suit, which would usually only follow that and I'm not seeking damages, only apology and payment for services rendered, both of which are very easy to convince the court about.
Will anything happen to the perpetrator?
Most likely nothing, I think we can agree on that, but man, he'll think twice before he tries again.
I don't think this should be taken down, au contraire, I believe in transparency and showing failed attempts such as this one is necessary IMO.
Best defense against scams is taking them out into public and keeping them there, so that people are beware, as
