Janoshik Analysis - Scammers? How I lost ~$20,000 to Janoshik Analysis - Cheaters exposed.

I think these low life scammers underestimate what a wide array of options we have dealing with this, being a legal company.
Bolded the juicy part. Scums like this one think all is fair game since it's about gray/illicit drugs so it's the wild wild west.

That's where you 're wrong Jimbo. You have a legal entity, inside a unified jurisdiction (EU) and you are commuting fraud.

Prepare your anus.

Can you actually take civil action if he's a foreign national? Or only certain countries? I know nothing of this subject so now I'm curious. Not saying you shouldn't btw, more scammers facing the consequences of their actions would make them think again about trying to con someone or damage a lawful businesses reputation.
He's in EU, just like us, which makes it super easy.

Also, fraud / cybercrime is not civil thing - it's a felony, so it's the state vs. defendant.

The civil thing, so me vs him, would be me requesting apology, compensation for damages and payment for services rendered.

I'm not really well versed in legal terminology in English, but I hope I made it understandable.

Yes. Very understandable. Thanks

25 hours for what? Google is not going to release any information for libel defamation and attempted fraud on an underground steroid forum. It’ll just cause a big mess and red flags in your country. You’ll have to find out their ID and info first, take this to court and prove that this thread caused your business and/or it’s reputation harm. THEN submit a court order to Google.

Even then, they can tell you to kick rocks. This didn’t do anything negative to your reputation, it seemed to be settled within a day.

You’re just calling more attention to it by counting down to something. If you’re worried about your reputation, this should get taken down. Check with your lawyer on that, I’m sure he/she/they will agree.

Nice try Bill

Sounds like Jano has taken this situation personally. Some folks would in his position. I'm one who would. Its taking away from his time that he could be testing samples but he's got employees now to cover while he handles other things.

Its a change from the grind. I've got a long record of going after scam sources and an even more aggressive history of going after reverse scamming scumbags.

The reverse scammer takes advantage of the climate of sources being outed. They claim they received gear with floaters or were shorted. The source wanting to show the Community that they take care of issues will replace or refund the reverse scammer at once without looking into the claim in hopes of showing the Community they are one of the Good Ones. The reverse scammer works against those who have put the work in to make the Community a better place.

This situation is being reviewed by those who call the shots at meso. Meso will do its part and ban this member if its shown that he has tried to scam this company. It doesn't amount to much but it shows solidarity in the Community to out parasites that feed on the innocent.

Looking back at when this Anabolic Bill registered it could appear that the few posts he made before coming forward with this were made to give him the look of legitimacy? Time will tell.

Looks can be deceiving. Purple Panda has, since becoming a pariah of the Community, has renounced his former lifestyle of cruising Bangkok for Lady Boys while becoming a slave to IV opiates and has found religion. Today, the founder of Purple Panda can be found in Tibet going through the process of becoming a monk! This is a true story!

Dr. Scally and I registered at meso within 18 hours of each other. Was that planned? There was a lot going on in 2006 and i can't quite remember? I had always thought that we were pretty much going keystroke for keystroke? I've got to go check out the QSC thread. A monk! Can you believe that?

Moderators of MESO-RX - you're more than welcome to delete this topic and close the issue. I will communicate directly with Janoshik my self to resolve.

MESO generally does not remove threads/posts like this one where serious accusations are made. It provides an opportunity for all parties to air grievances and respond accordingly to the veracity of the accusations.

Deleting the thread could give the impression of some sort of coverup by MESO. The goal of MESO is to encourage the community to expose all scammers -- and REVERSE scammers.

Transparency is usually the best way to arrive at the truth. This thread is a prime example.

Google, exchanges and internet providers release information pretty much automatically for a request on any investigation in EU nowadays and a good lawyer indeed can push investigation to happen.

I'm not talking about civil suit, which would usually only follow that and I'm not seeking damages, only apology and payment for services rendered, both of which are very easy to convince the court about.

Will anything happen to the perpetrator?
Most likely nothing, I think we can agree on that, but man, he'll think twice before he tries again.

I don't think this should be taken down, au contraire, I believe in transparency and showing failed attempts such as this one is necessary IMO.

Best defense against scams is taking them out into public and keeping them there, so that people are beware, as @MESO-Rx Administrator says.

Always enjoy your posts Ben.

What a redemption arc for PP, good for him, I wish it works out well... somehow.

Hmmm I don’t think Google will ever, nor has ever, released personal information without a court order. That is one of the core basics of in internet usage, but by “investigation”, you mean court order?

So he’s apologized but still owes for services rendered, how many tests were done without payment received? How much are we talkin here? I must have missed how he scammed for free tests, so I’ll go back and re-read.

And thanks for the clarification on leaving this up, it makes sense to keep it visible to prevent other people from doing the same.

Yes... Bear in mind that what Jano is doing where he is located is not the same thing as someone doing this in the USA.

Literally all legal aspects of this situation are vastly different due to this fact.

Exactly. These issues in EEU are managed by Google Ireland and they follow local laws of the requesting country. It still needs to be a government authority or LE making the request. It still needs to have a legit reason, like a criminal offence. From there, it has to be proven etc.

Personal data and our privacy is a huge issue. I just want to be clear here that Google (in any country) also takes that very seriously. They work for us, and LE has a really tough time breaking those protections.

If he committed financial fraud of a large amount of money, yeah, buddy is screwed. EU is all over online fraud because of organized crime.

As he did... or attempted to do anyway.
Jano said he/she owes for “services rendered”, so if that’s the case, I’d say buddy was successful committing fraud.

I’m so curious about the amount and how, considering they receive payment before starting tests over there.
