Hair Loss

I have never had an issue with losing my hair until PE's entered my life, but I am sure that is a story as old as time around here. Right now I take oral finasteride, topical minoxidil, and topical RU. Been going strong with only a couple of brief lapses when I was away on work trips and forgot my shit.

I was shedding to a fairly alarming degree previously. This might not impact some people but it sure did me. It was wigging me the fuck out. So after 6 months I am definitely in a much improved place. I am not back to baseline by any means, but I am no longer shedding and I have had some regrowth and improved thickness. I started noticing this basically by feel before my wife noticed by visual inspection. I would run my hands through my dry hair and could just tell things were on the upswing. So I guess now I am stuck taking this stuff basically for life, but that is a price I am willing to keep my hair as it is. Unless of course some groundbreaking new compound comes out to change the game.
I don't believe in a new effective treatment in the next 10 years, even with AI

Did you read previous pages or you're reffering to other sources of info? Many guys have been on RU (including me) and i don't remember anyone experiencing side effects.
I’ve read the mixed opinions on other sources. I’ve read that some people get chest pains and breathing problems while taking it some other stated that it does nothing for them.

Just like almost every compound discussed here, your mileage will vary. There are no universals or unequivocal truths in this gig. The only way to know how it works for you is to try. Or not. 100% on you

Haven't heard anything like that. Just take it and if you experience chest pain and breathing problems, quit it.

Okay guess its try and error. This isn’t probably the forum to ask for a RU source. But maybe someone can tell me where in the forum I would be able to find it.

in my opinion i wouldn´t trust RU if you really want to have results. if you want to slow or stop hair loss using AAS or not, start FIN.

RU is good to add to your stack just because, but i dont see that many good feedbacks with RU only.
in europe you have actifolic or RUDIRECT UK
usa anagenic , chemyo

Just read about mvsupplements in multiple german forums a couple minutes ago. Someone recently got it tested from janoshik in a french forum as well.
The problem with fin is that I won’t really help when I add dht derivatives in my blast or am I wrong ? Npp isn’t really an option either because it will be even worse on the hair with fin.
During cruise I will probably use it tho.

DHT derivatives are not DHT, and do not exert a strong effect on hair like DHT does.

Of course your cycle still has a Test base, and that will convert, so Fin is still necessary as the basis for any hair preservation strategy.

If you're really worried about sides. .25mg / day will still provide significant protective benefits with a near zero chance of sides. More would be better, and most men have no issue at 1mg, but .25mg offers 80-90% of what 1mg would.

It'll help keep your prostate from becoming as issue as well, something most men face AAS or not.

Iam 5days in, feeling lethargic as fuck, and getting slight discomfort in my tits.. (early signs of gyno) :(
If you haven’t already I would get that AI started, assuming u have it on hand. That sucks man. Couldn’t find a comment on what your cycle is (or if it is just RU then ignore me lol), but I would def get bloodwork done now to compare to initial panel, have a good one!

Iam curently on trt
125mg / w (split into 2 dose)
1000ui hcg / w (split into 2dose)

Bloods:
Tst 880ngdl
E2 (sadly non sensitive test) 47pgml
Prl on high end range
With similar numbers just 6.25mg Aromasin 2x week (on pin days) was enough to stop the breast pain, stopped me from getting overly emotional aka "sad song syndrome", dropped water weight, and amazingly got rid of a couple small lumps I suspected were gyno.

If you go this route, get real pharma Aromasin, it's easy enough from India pharma, a pill splitter (you won't get perfect quarters, it's impossible), and make sure to use 4 pieces from the same pill in a row, to ensure you're not getting more than 25mg every two weeks. Be patient and don't try to "front load" or take more because you're not feeling it yet. It's a great AI, but many dudes seem to crash E2 with it. In part I suspect that may come from typical UGL tab variation. One 35-40mg tab could be enough to send you too low, even using just two quarters a week.
