Don't run AAS until you can live with being stuck on TRT for rest of life. Whatever age that is based on individual risk tolerance. For most casual meat heads seems like 35 to 40 and above is decent rule of thumb. If you are making big bucks that's different math.
Yeah well most people including myself don’t know this until they hop on. The risks are downplayed a lot. Coming isn’t extremely bad but it can be a rough month.

most people are in denial that this stuff is addictive and it entirely is. I admit that I was addicted to the stuff. They make you superhuman why wouldn’t it be? Thing is, the temporary low T when coming off reinforces the steroid taking behaviour. It would be a lot easier if you could stop taking them and get off scot free but unfortunately I didn’t design the laws of the human endocrine system.

It's not physically addictive in the sense that you come off and have withdrawal effects

But psychologically, it is yes. Coming off and losing size, strength, muscle, looking softer and less aesthetic is very unpleasant, and the feeling of low testosterone just flat out sucks--lethargy, fat gain, more lethargy, potentially some brain fog.

Having the testosterone levels of a bull shark is plenty more fun

Iv come off before. My face looked 2x better and was still big. Muscle loss from coming off is over hyped unless you are an ifbb pro. I ended up going back on mostly for the sexual benefits .

Guys cruising at 200 lbs because they don't want to lose all their gains is laughable .(Unless your a dwarf/Manlet)

Aas also changes your genetic max potential. So you could be bigger post aas. Even when coming off compared to never touching gear before

We're talking about drugs. It's the same as people screwing around with amphetamines or opiates or any other drugs with addiction potential. Of course, young people are naive, ignorant, and much more prone to reckless behavior. This has been proven over and over again and is just a normal human trait. Some young people are a bit more mature and can do their research and consider the risk-verse reward and some think they are somehow guaranteed to avoid risks and pitfalls no matter how much you warn them. Most young people are somewhere in the middle and will avoid these behaviors just out of fear.

If you fucked up the best time to fix it is now. Age is a very important factor for coming off, so if coming off is important to you, do it immediately and commit to doing it. The longer you are on the higher the likelihood you will need to stay on TRT for quality of life. Sitting around blaming the world or anybody else for your actions is a waste of your time. Take responsibility for your poor decisions and fix it now, or don't but know that only you are responsible for your actions and only you are to blame for your choices in life.

I had been doing traditional cycles up to my current one. So typical time on = time off + PCT.

A couple of weeks ago I decided that is no longer how this is going to go down. When my current cycle ends, I'll stay on Test and HGH. Im officially done with the PCT merry go round.

Has anyone here actually come off steroids altogether? All I see is people TRTing, BnCing or permablasting. I never hear anyone talking about pct or coming off cold turkey.
Yep. Pretty shitty. Came off after my first cycle, and after 10 years of BnC to conceive with wife after trying HCG + HMG. 0/10, would not recommend.

I came off of TRT in my late 30s to have a second kid. HCG on TRT did not keep me fertile at all perhaps bc the clinic also prescribed deca. I had zero swimmers. Coming off of even TRT is a fooking nightmare IME (I got Covid - wasn't bad and also lost 25 pounds at the same time) but I got my wife pregnant 4 months later and after the kid was 10 weeks in the womb right back on and I regained 20+ pounds in a couple of months on just TRT. Now at 43 it's on forever. I heard in a Sadik interview the other day that he comes off after his off-season cycle then PCTs then goes into prep. Why would anyone do that? I have trouble understanding how anyone can keep off-season gains off of drugs.

I haven't looked for a long time, pct and trt are discussed in depth.

Anyone who goes off cold turkey is probably in deep depression and contemplating suicide.

I am still not used to injecting year round, it feels unnatural to me and I am prescribed a very low dose of test by my urologist, 80mg per two weeks. So that’s 40mg a week.

I still find myself taking at least 8 weeks off everything then coming back to real trt for another 8 weeks then go on a blast if I am ready.

Anybody else do this?

I know people will say the hormone imbalance isn’t good for my health but it’s not something I can’t handle. Training performance and recovery takes a hit but I try my best to keep the intensity high.

I have a naturally high libido so even if it plummets a bit, my wife welcomes the break from me constantly hounding her for some booom booom.

I totally respect that bro, I just know for me I can't do it anymore. I hate feeling like I am treading water and basically slowly drowning while I wait to go back on cycle. It's friggin nerve racking.

Yeah, maybe it’s all mental for me lol. I need to start forgetting cycling and embrace cruising ideology. Man, i am old lol.

I came off to have two surgeries after I got injured in a car accident. Have spent the last 7 months mostly laying in bed and physical therapy. My current test level is in the toilet (~200 ng/dl). Most days I have a lot of fatigue and mild depression. I'm working on getting a legit script, but it's expensive compared to UGL. I'm in my mid 40s so I'm probably just going to stay on as my natural level is just too low

I have stop after a big show for 3 months only for test purpose, unless the water retention, i keep almost all my muscles, libido still high but ofc less than with aas, when I come back I progress faster than before, if you diet, keep training and cardio you don't lose all (depending on your age ofc) some maybe need to keep a trt dosage it's individual (how long are you using, age, metabolism...)

I've been BnC for a few years now. I just recently cut off test c to give the body a break from DHT being high for so long
