I think they all use a 23ga 1.5”? For delts glutes anything and they really ram it in.

Well one time I had a flu shot years ago at a company clinic and the nurse really rammed it in so hard the needle got stuck in bone and broke off...pain city when nurse tried to remove it. Hurt so bad my arm was useless for a week.
No wonder why I was averse to needles for a good long time till nearly 10 years ago!

You are right, though: for the men in the audience the main draw is the guys' catwalk; the ladies being there is just incidental.
A very nice addition to the overall panorama, but just that.
Which is totally cool with me. These physiques are beautiful and interesting and I have nothing but respect for the insane degree of difficulty and risk it takes to end up looking like these guys.
It’s just a shame that so many lesser guys have to cope by fantasizing they can fight, fuck, shoot their way through an apocalypse, etc, just because they spend a good deal of their time admiring other guys bodies. I think a good percentage of those dudes truly are closeted gay men.

Idk about this. Most of the other Bb I know tend to have wives or gfs. A lot of closeted guys are homophobic, but most Bb I know just aren’t overly insecure about their sexuality to the point where they get bugged about if their interests are “gay or not” lol. I think if you’re gay you probably think it’s homoerotic but if you’re not it’s just body building hahahah.

BB is a sport and physique is the final product. Watching a football or basketball game is watching an athlete showcase what their lifetime of hard work and training has become. Doesn't seem much different than looking at a BB on stage. Many millions of men stare at other men playing sports or doing athletic activities intensely and up close watching their every move and obsessing over the activity and the men. If BB is weird or "gay" then that makes every professional sport weird and "gay".
