Yeah, it slightly spread. I had subq leak before and it was quad. Terrible. This looks just like another subq leak but with bad oil.
This is Test C or E. Just recently switched from test C vials to try this out.
And yes, it is warm and hot to touch. Obviously red. It's also itchy.

Serious question does it only hurt when something touches it? Or does it just always have a sharp stinging pain?

I’ve had some pretty fucked up lumps handful of times in my injecting career. If you think this is just another subq leak, I’m not so sure I would rush to the ER.

Pain stops after I lay on stomach or simply not sit on ass, since it is a bad spot. But generally it hurts most of the day since I sit for 8h at work. Your description of pain is accurate, but I would also add 'dull' and 'bruise' description to it.

I am definitely holding off ER till it becomes worse. And no, I don't think it is infection yet. Think it would manifest with symptoms earlier, but it's been like 4 days now.

Have a massive pip and swelling on glute after that injection and my post.

Note this never happened with vials. Only free test ampules.

@GenericAsia Please respond. It's been days and my swelling has only gone worse. At this point I have to consider going to ER.

Either you pre-emptively start an antibiotic regimen, or you get your ass to a doctor. Of the two, I'd have already started antibiotics and been monitoring the situation. But then again, I am of the mind that having antibiotics on hand as part of my cycle ancillaries and I keep a selection on hand at all times.

ADDED: Oh, and if it hasn't been said already, why the hell are you not filtering your gear?
