Keep track of your temperature.
Is it warm and hot to the touch?
Have you ever had a subq leak before?
Was this test E or Test P ampoule?

When in doubt, seek medical attention.

Yeah, it slightly spread. I had subq leak before and it was quad. Terrible. This looks just like another subq leak but with bad oil.
This is Test C or E. Just recently switched from test C vials to try this out.
And yes, it is warm and hot to touch. Obviously red. It's also itchy.

I’ve had some pretty fucked up lumps handful of times in my injecting career. If you think this is just another subq leak, I’m not so sure I would rush to the ER.

Pain stops after I lay on stomach or simply not sit on ass, since it is a bad spot. But generally it hurts most of the day since I sit for 8h at work. Your description of pain is accurate, but I would also add 'dull' and 'bruise' description to it.

I am definitely holding off ER till it becomes worse. And no, I don't think it is infection yet. Think it would manifest with symptoms earlier, but it's been like 4 days now.

Well, kinda both. Wondering if he wants to help out by defining how dirty was the bathtub where this was cooking. I am ok with a bit dirty as long as it passes without ER, but would give me peace of mind.
