Qingdao Sigma Chemical Co., Ltd (International, US, EU, Canada and Australia domestic

Ok, call me crazy, but I can not find anything directly commending an ITC ruling regarding “U.S. Customs and Border Protection should prevent the illicit import of knock-off tirzepatide products.”

Admittedly, I looked for like 5 minutes.

There’s the US ITC ruling against those specific companies, and they won for Trademark Infringement (Mounjaro), False Advertising, False Designation of Origin, and Trademark (Mounjaro). But nothing in that ruling mentions border security (that I can see).

There’s the ITC, International Trade Centre, but I don’t think they have anything to do with this.

Can someone smarter than me find the exact ruling that EL mentions in this article?

This says a decision isn’t made yet? It looks like the latest tea is a Notice of Request for Submissions on the Public Interest.

There are a lot of rumours and I know it’s not a huge deal, but I’d like to have the information from the source. If anyone has a legal background or a few IQ points ahead of my dumb blonde ass, I’d appreciate an educated opinion.

Yea it was a huge scope of vendors many people assumed were the manufacturers.

I removed this persons personal info, and this is the one I could find tonight. Can’t remember where some of the others were posted. This is the same Reta I have so I have a dog in this fight also.
Maybe I'm misreading the report but it looks like 99+% purity and just a bit under 15mg? If so that's a great result.

Thank you! I wasn’t questioning it, but I'm now surprised the Peppys kids haven’t jumped on this. Maybe they have?

I don’t read it but think this is what you are wanting.

The plot thickens! Apparently several companies have legal authority to <do something> with Tirz.

Does anyone know if that’s to manufacture, market, sell, or administer it? Some of them are Chinese.

Anyone else having an issue with emails currently bouncing back from Tracy?
Have not had an issue in the past.
For security reasons our operation will be paused few days, then will resume once everything is sorted and under control, no more details will be provided, all communication channels are shut down temporary. I will announce the come back once everything is solved, thank you for your patience.
No need to freak out or worry about your orders, talking about exist scam is stupid because if it was so I would have announced everything in stock and took your preorders during the CNY holidays with several promos, so let’s stop the nonsense and rumors. Waiting few days won’t hurt you.
Please do not send any more money to our wallets and accounts until I announce the comeback.
I won’t log in during this temporary period, and you won’t be able to reach us.
Hmm....

who are they? how to contact?

I don't know that this is the best place to discuss this because it's not about QSC, but GYC has been the most open about the zero pep situation and releasing testing results. From what I understand there are other companies that have been impacted but they've trying to handle things quietly. No clue if this has had any impact on QSC and we won't know without testing.

Is there already a thread?

For those saying big pharmaceutical wouldn’t get involved in trying to shutdown the lines from China I am going to link this article. If you don’t want to read the main point I am getting at is Eli Lilly talks about they have ordered from these grey markets to test them out and then tested the products they were receiving. That seems pretty damn involved to me.

Does “claiming” to be tirz = labeled tirz?

I saw a news report on TV that identified "knock off" versions of GLPs being shipped/smuggled to the US. I believe this is what that article @Here2Learn posted is referring.

There are counterfeit boxes that look identical to Eli and Novo packaging, some filled with UGL GLP in counterfeit Eli/Novo pens, some containing no GLP at all. Selling the counterfeit as the actual pharma product is more lucrative than the unlabeled UGL GLP we buy from our sources.

In addition, there are real GLP packages of Sema and Tirz actually made by Eli and Novo for other countries being shipped/smuggled to the US. These products are sold at a fraction in those countries, but sold much higher in the US... even if they are sold on the street.

Although UGL GLP that we source is probably on the radar with LE, it's probably lower on the list than these counterfeit or foreign boxes that contain the Eli & Novo names.

Dirt,
Where do you see that bro?
There is no mention of lypholized powder or mixing bac water in the article I'm referring or read.

Is that a different article from a different post?
I'm referring to this one...
