Assuming he was brewing in Germany.
It wasn't him doing it, was he?
Is that what you are saying?
I could not read the article, does not open for me.

I would have like to read the article linked but could not.
Maybe just to get "a clue".

I had no idea that it meant "talking shit".
That's me told.
Cheers for the link, though, to whomever from Germany that posted it.

Important information for those affected in advance: If you are not yet involved in a criminal investigation but expect problems due to current findings, you still have the opportunity to take out legal protection insurance. If chosen correctly, this insurance can fully cover the costs of a high-quality criminal defense. It is important that the chosen tariff is valid from the beginning of the investigation proceedings (not from the time of the crime), includes intentional acts and covers the so-called reasonable fee of the defense (not just the statutory fees). Further details can be found in the video below this article.

Current manhunt: On December 14, 2023, a spectacular manhunt was announced by the North Rhine-Westphalia Central and Contact Point Cybercrime. Commissioned by the customs investigation office in Essen, searches were carried out in apartments in Düsseldorf and Essen. This action was the result of months of investigations into a 38-year-old person from Düsseldorf who had distributed doping substances worth several million euros throughout Europe via an online trade. The customs authorities seized the following:

630,000 doping substances and other medicines in tablet form

13,000 units of growth hormones

Over 32,000 doping substances in ready-to-use ampoules

1 kg of doping substances in powder form

The total value of the seized material exceeds one million euros. In addition, around 150,000 euros in cash and cryptocurrencies worth 270,000 euros were seized, which indicates the payment processing of online trading via cryptocurrencies.

In this article, lawyer Dr. Maik Bunzel, specialist lawyer for criminal law and known from numerous doping criminal proceedings, explains what customers of the online store known as “Cat Café” should now bear in mind. Dr. Bunzel works nationwide as a criminal defence lawyer.

Legal consequences: Violations of the anti-doping law can be punished with prison sentences of up to ten years. This applies above all to production and trade. Consumption and procurement are only prohibited for participants in organized sport. For professional bodybuilders, the legal situation is controversial, while for amateurs there is no criminal liability through pure use. However, possession of even small quantities could be problematic, as in practice much larger quantities are often used and stored.

Recommendation for those affected: Anyone who fears becoming the target of an investigation, has already received mail in this matter or would like to know what to do in an emergency should contact an experienced criminal defense lawyer. Dr. Bunzel can be reached via the contact form on this page or in emergencies on 0151 21 778 788, also easily via WhatsApp, Signal etc.

From what I understood… his seizure of imported oils… was what started the investigation from customs…typical LE bust… typical illicit online drug vendor bust… either by mail or don’t know how to clean crypto…

According to German Forums and Telegram groups raids have started today across the country because of Cat orders. It is happening after all!

Bestellung bei Catcafe.is - Anhörungsbogen wegen Doping, Verstoß gegen das AntiDopG, Doping-Bestellung - Vorladung

Translation:

Order from Catcafe.is - Hearing Notice Regarding Doping, Violation of the Anti-Doping Act (AntiDopG), Doping Order - Summons

Searches at catcafe.is

As early as December 14, 2023, officers from the Customs Investigation Office in Essen searched the premises of the alleged operators of the shop catcafe.is. Numerous doping and pharmaceutical substances were seized during this operation.

Even more concerning is the fact that several data storage devices were also confiscated and have since been fully analyzed.

The investigative authorities have now reviewed the extensive data and initiated further investigations against former customers of catcafe.is.

These investigations are being conducted on suspicion of violating the Anti-Doping Act (AntiDopG) and involve former customers of the website catcafe.is.

Extensive Analysis of Email Accounts

Thanks to the comprehensive analysis of email accounts, numerous shipments, including corresponding tracking numbers, names, and addresses, were identified. Since messaging services like WhatsApp, Signal, and Telegram were also used to place doping orders, investigators were able to secure relevant data from these platforms as well.

In the meantime, the police have informed numerous former customers that a criminal investigation for violating the Anti-Doping Act has been initiated, and they are required to either attend a police interview or complete a hearing notice.

My Advice to You:

Do not make any hasty statements after receiving a summons as a suspect!

Due to the prohibition on the acquisition and possession of doping substances under § 4, para. 1, no. 3 of the Anti-Doping Act, there is a risk of hefty fines or, in the worst case, prison sentences of up to three years. Additionally, it is crucial to prevent a criminal record and an entry in the certificate of good conduct due to previous orders.

Both the Anti-Doping Act and the Doping Substance Quantity Regulation (DmMV) are complex matters, so you should rely on a specialist. As a former competitive bodybuilder, I have specialized in doping cases and am happy to assist you in this extremely unpleasant situation.

The Goal in Such Doping Cases:

The primary goal is to have the criminal proceedings for violating the Anti-Doping Act dismissed during the investigation phase without any further (criminal) consequences.

Please feel free to contact me without obligation - even via WhatsApp or Signal.

So to me it looks like a shady lawyer fear mongering to convince poor steroid users that they are in danger and they need him/her to protect their asses when their asses are not in danger in the first place.

Scums that's what it looks like to me.

13 months and NOT ONE customer reported anything about being raided or getting a letter from German police.
If this one was real don't you think we would get one guy at least here telling the story? With all the Germans that ordered from Liska exactly here on meso?

I call.bullshit :)

Heh... If you are ordering shit in the state prison that we call Europe you'd better not use your real name or address and use coins.... At least you'll make their job harder and if not buying huge amounts they will not bother to chase you...
Feel sorry for the domestic sources...

I'm not saying I believe the guy, I'm just sharing what's going around at the moment. Noone that I'm aware of has actually come forward yet to confirm that the police is after customers.

In Germany, a house search can still come 2-3 years and mail from the public prosecutor's office. Everything was already there. And even for the info the German authorities also direct cases for people that not be in Germany and have ordered to the responsible authorities of the countries.

I also believe that this is the case. as an ordinary user up to 3 years in prison? That sounds very strange even for Germany.
as @Sampei says no communication from any meso member that is affected? always the same text from these steroid lawyers.
I can't believe this.

Yes and for now we have not one customer reporting anything

Germany is indeed crazy. But I haven't heared from anyone that is actively affected or could confirm that there is an ongoing legal investigation regarding customers. Doesn't mean there is none, but just saying, can't confirm anything as of now.
