Accusations and/or even speaking about sexual assault against minors in an attempt at humor is pretty fucked up. You need a good solid beating. Too bad you have the gift of anonymity. You should get a fat ban at least… punk ass.
I apologize that my comment offended you and others, but for realz?! Sexual assault? Who said anything about sexual assault? In many countries throughout the world “it” is acceptable. Not saying it’s right. Just sayin, no one said anything about assaulting minors. Again, my apologies.

Amen, you can tell that @Skard was never sexually assaulted as a child otherwise he would not be laughing at your response.

I read that and felt my blood run cold, having just dealt with my partner being raped by a washed up child actor piece of shit, the SA humor just sends me back into a murderous rage.
People cope with abuse in different ways. Some become allergic to any mention of it. Some sort of embrace it and laugh about it. Quite possible he was abused as a child and just took the latter approach. But he did say "minor", which doesn't necessarily mean "child." I assume he meant 16-17, not 6-7.

From the DOJ Press release
According to the indictment, Zheng, Wang, Liu and others maintained and operated warehouses to store, conceal and sell large amounts of contraband goods that were illegally imported into the United States from China. When the contraband containers were selected by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for inspection, the defendants hired commercial truck drivers to transport the containers from the Port of Los Angeles to locations that the conspirators controlled, including warehouses in the City of Industry that were controlled or managed by Zheng, Wang and others.

At these locations, co-conspirators broke the security seals on the shipping containers and removed the contraband from inside. Then, they affixed counterfeit security seals onto the containers to conceal that cargo had been removed from them. Zheng, Wang and others then directed co-conspirators to transport the containers – after they had been emptied of much of their original cargo and re-secured with counterfeit seals – to CBP-authorized locations for the remaining cargo to be presented to customs officials for inspection.

Zheng, Wang, Liu and others paid fees to co-conspirators, including Gomez and Castillo Perez, that were substantially above normal trucking fees to transport the contraband shipping containers.

To date, law enforcement has seized more than $1.3 billion worth of counterfeit goods associated with this and similar seal-swapping schemes.
Having seen how erratic the DOJ valuations on seizures have been, one has to wonder where the decimal place on that $1.3bn really ought to be.

Good find.

Well this is pretty bad news. This enormous back door is likely why there have been nearly no seizures of QSC and other Chinese vendors packs, while India PCT packs were routinely seized at much higher rates for non-controlled substances.

Bypassing customs on this scale will not be easily repeated, and there are not that many Chinese logistics companies. The ones involved in this will be very heavily penalized I'm sure.

And this is before the new, stricter de minimus rules took effect.

God only knows what "illegal chemicals" have been making smuggling those containers worthwhile. It wasn't gear, that's for sure.

Here is a little more information. It looks like they have known about it for over a year.

I am guessing this is a pretty common trick.

Maybe this is the reason they’re stopping operations for now View attachment 313772

1) The device is being sold well under other authorized dealers prices. Retail prices can be referenced at larger reputable online retailers like Scheels, Optics Planet, Amazon, etc.
2) The item is shipping from unverified addresses in California and surrounding states
3) The units are being sold by an individual, not an AGM Authorized Dealer.
4) All Weapon weapon mounted optics like our Rattler V2 thermal scopes are shipped with proprietary ADM mounts we include at our Texas facility. If you ask the seller if a mount is included and he/she says no, its a red flag.

Fuck that, post the Amazon link. I want some cheap thermals.

this isn’t Saturday night live. And he’s not Dwayne Johnson. You failed to change my mind on what I consider funny and the context in this case, is not funny. There are rules in this forum that do not apply to Saturday Night Live skits.

“You agree to not use the Service to submit or link to any Content which is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, spam or spam-like, likely to offend, contains adult or objectionable content, contains personal information of others, risks copyright infringement, encourages unlawful activity, or otherwise violates any laws. You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content or your conduct.”

Im sure Ghoul, who gave my previous post a thumbs down, apparently condoning using sexual assault against minors in an attempt at humor, knows all about the above forum rules….

However, that skit I do find pretty funny due to the context in which was written.
Bro but seriously? Where did I say anything about sexual assaulting a minor? And in countries throughout the world, minors are often married way before the US age of consent. Once again my post intentions wasn’t meant to be defamatory, or …hateful, threatening…admittedly in poor taste for some. I am sure you’ve come across people (in your little clique) calling Tracy a “tranny” or some other repulsive and defamatory names…and I get it, when it comes to children I understand why some may feel what I posted was in bad taste. But you, calling me a punk ass, and that I deserved a beating, and lastly, saying, in so many words, you want to DOX me….do you feel like you’re any better?

Lighten the fuck up. What are you 12? When someone says something you don’t like you’re going to threaten them and DOX them? Be very careful how you come at someone. Then again, it’s the internet, right?

This news story is great fodder for additional pages of this thread. However, let's remember the 'plane landed' tracking detail - it didn't land with the containers from the video. So while that's another special shipping line that got busted, it's not the same line used by Tracy. It could be used for other 'dangerous chemicals' from QSC, like R-22 (it's odd he used this example for dangerous chemicals) if they manufacture that, but not the stuff on Tracy's price list.
