I honestly have no idea what my macros are I never count them. I just eat what I know works for me. And oddly enough I do like the taste of canned greens.

I substitute w canned shit from Costco when I’m busy or feeling lazy besides that everything is fresh, who cares all of our environments and shit we consume are tainted. Enless u go back to the 1950’s when men where real men. Like where u said laclark came from lol.

The only preservatives are salts and motified food starch I think. So it won’t kill u any faster than other crap we do.
