Air fryed it @ 390f for 25 min with some avocado oil. Thermometer said 180f but I’m not sure it’s cooked all the way

Who’s got an airfryer. How long do you do it for chicken breast?

Could you see ever so slightly pinky bits, inside?
I am trying to zoom into the pix.
It does look nice and soft, but maybe there is a little pink spot.

The outside looks great, love it.

Did you put it all back in there for a minute or finish it in a pan on the stove?

Lil baking today in the air fryer..

Steak bites, ever so slight crisp on the outside. Marinaded in a soy sauce and spices in the fridge for a while. Sooooo good.

Ommmgggggg
You ⭐

Muffins out of the air fryer. Full of blueberries.
Well done.

How was the meat?
was it tender?

I read a tip in the paper today, to tenderise it with bicarb.

That's gorgeous, sweetheart

I can't believe you prepared all that, with some random recipes.
You did amazing.
Did you show your mum?
I bet she was well chuffed.
What did you use to coat the meat and did the flavour of the spices come through?

I did, she was baffled i was making it from scratch lol
It called for avocado oil but all I had was extra virgin olive oil,
Spices came through good, made my whole tiny room smell like bliss lolol but next time I think if I doubled the spices and soy sauce itd throw it over the edge
Plus if i try that bicarb to make them extra tender also.

It's baking powder, not bicarb.
Sorry.

HOWEVER, I did Google to make sure it was not written wrong, because I did hear about bicarbonate to do this.

And you can do it with either.
Anyway, he wrote about baking powder.
Have another look to confirm, tomorrow.

The guy wrote:
Works well with sliced meats.
Put meat in bowl and wash it, pour out excess water.
Sprinkle over the baking powder, about 1gr x 200gr of meat.
Mix and leave it for 1 hour or so, before cooking.

Chicken is my favorite food. Lean breast during cutting and all other parts during bullk. High in protein and there are dozens of ways to make chicken taste good and lots of things to combine it with. Eating it almost every does not get boring.
