What was the latest tracking status before you got the letter? Mine is "Delivered to local carrier", so it looks like it got past customs before it disappeared.

In regards to his scheduled 3 letter…:do they usually pursue people for that? Or by not responding are you safe since technically some person who hated you could have sent you that package?

The fact is anyone can send anything to anyone. So that's not evidence of a crime, or people could screw over their exes, bosses, politicians, etc.
If they found a kilo of coke or meth in your package, you're not getting a letter, you're getting a visit.
