Australia does, Canada does, I am pretty sure in most countries customs is required to give some notice in case of seizure so that the receiver has a chance to dispute if they want to.

You answered your own question, “until” the 15th does not include the 15th. On their website there was a promo bar that said ends on the 14th. On their Telegram it said ends on 14th. Here it says until the 15th which means it’s over when it’s the 15th

We don't ship to those locations frequently enough to verify, and we regularly delete data. I don't see any orders for either country in the data we have.
I would advise against it, as the primary issue is VAT. In many cases, they can request an invoice to charge the client VAT.
