I told yall GI Jane badass!!
Have tou tried tb500 (tb4)?? Sure you have.....
No. Honestly I’m trying to decrease my peptide use. I read up some studies on tb and they were pretty meh. Low dose Tirz is actually mindfuckingly amazing for my chronic injuries. Probably has something to do with the inflammation decrease it leads to. I went off Tirz when I switched to Reta to do my lean bulk, and it was fine at first. About a month later, my SI joints started flaring like I was jamming a knife into them. Also gained like no shit 10lbs of water weight in one week. Went back on 2mg tirz and all that shit reversed in 2 days.

Yeah many ppl reports consistent decrease of systemic inflammation on Tirzepatide. Not much on reta tho.

Maybe it's the GIP part of tirz

Ah gotcha, so the tb/bpc was a good combo?
Swear by it.. I. Taking a small break from it atm tbough. I will say that o met a gal that owns part of a big beauty servers on discord that offered.me some kind of concoction she makes with GHK-Cu as a lotion that says people rub on their hands and it eases soreness and pain from lifting...I did not take her up on the offer but it sounded cool!!

Hmm so you do low dose 2mg tirz while on reta? Yes I read somewhere the tb can cause a rare form of cancer....

Yes. I’m thinking of decreasing it even lower, seeing how low I can go without bringing the inflammation back. I think Reta is even supposed to help with inflammation at higher doses, but I don’t want to go too high on that either because I’m trying to bulk, not cut right now. Looking too much like a bikini competitor at the moment lol. But I do want to find the right balance.

150mg e... daily...
I'm currently running 200mgs of enanthate eod. It's my first go around with enanthate as I've always used Ace and done really well on that but wanted to mix things up a bit. I won't run it at this level for more than 8 weeks though. I'm one of the lucky ones that can usually tolerate high AAS doses, including Tren, so I figured I'd ramp it up to an unnecessary level just one time as an experiment. I'm on week 3 of this dosing schedule and blood work notwithstanding, the only sides related issues I've noticed has been a touch of acid reflux, slight absent mindedness, and some pretty bad night sweats. Last night were the worst night sweats I've ever had but not the end of the world. I'll be getting blood work next week and I suspect my health markers will be far from immaculate.

If @Ghoul's guidelines on HGH resens work, I would expect similar or maybe even higher serum IGF-1 on 20 iu per day than 90 at the moment when HRV/RHR downtrends were reversing. However, the speed at which IGF-1 levels decrease from the start period of 20 iu per day might be interesting. Sadly, I don't have the budget to compare filtering vs non-filtering and a bunch of other variables, especially on myself. So, I will follow the advice on HGH resens without those controls.

Fyi, I'm currently on zero exogenous HGH supplementation with an IGF-1 test planned for soon.
Going to check my IGF-1 with no exogenous HGH and compare to other data.

"Natty" IGF-1: 341.1 ng/mL

Significant exogenous HGH supplementation (in a way that would significantly affect a blood test) was last done on Feb 2nd.

Pinned small amounts (no more than 12 iu once preceded by a week and followed by a week before the blood test) after this period. However, it's unlikely that this had a significant impact on the result.

I'm young and sleep a lot; no traditionally unhealthy activities outside of the PEDs.

My thing is tb/bpc/hgh. I tried throwing in the GHK-Cu for a lil bit and didn't notice any marginal difference ...
Ya, but Ghk-Cu is lil bit more for skin issues and Bpc157 isn't helpful for every problem, but it heals my left tennis elbow very good but it didn't cure my slight pain in the left thumb joint.
Shit i've never met her, but she is a good friend.. People on here and discord (in my experience ) give each other shit all the time for nothing... just out of human kindness and out of privacy or humility dont say much about it!! Although I am a smartass publicly, privately i am a pretty ok dude which has warranted me some pretty amazing online friends on this board and discord. It's fucking amazing the kindness and comradery that goes on behind the scenes here without any drama or negativity . It truly warms my heart.. now fuck.off
Peace

Damn, i think your period starts the next days. :p (Just fun, fella!)

Wow. Congrats.

I went back and reviewed my twice yearly physicals. Glucose was 100-125 pre-TIRZ/230lbs for several years. Last month it was 99.
No. I don’t do regular hypoglycemic testing.
I’d say you are fine 99 fasting is classified as pre diabetic range or close too. I was just curious. Everyone is different.

Hey bro,

If its ok... let's get a new thread started for you on this subject. There's too much info, and I'm sure many will want to chime in. I'm definitely interested, and am happy to share my similar experience.

For what it's worth... having an unusually high natty IGF—from what I've seen thus far, including myself—doesn't necessarily equate to super-high IGF on exogenous GH. There's something going on that I'm interested in uncovering. There may be some answers from Type-II and his book (which I'm reading now).
