I've been using the one below, but I'm not sure how effective it is. I'll compare it to yours later and see if an upgrade is necessary. I initially chose this one because it was so affordable, but the more I learn about it, the more I realize that investing in a high-quality option might be worthwhile.

i really liked AG1 greens drink, but that shit is pretty pricey for the product, and my choice was very comparable as far as ingredients go , so i managed to find a great replacement, , ,
 
Cool thread man! It really takes a lot of courage to put yourself out there for people to comment on.. I think for the most part guys on here in these parts of the forum are very positive, encouraging and mean well! I just wanted to drop in and say keep up the hard work work!!! Great progress and impressive physique, especially for your height! Always good to see guys coming from martial arts into bodybuilding or powerlifting - I know firsthand how tough it can be to adjust to a slower-paced style of training. Looks like you’ve made the transition smoothly, and it’s paying off. Excited to see how your journey continues! Keep pushing forward!
