Most electrolyte supplements are basically flavored water. Which is good imo because it incentivizes you to drink more water.

Eat meat fruit vegetables -> electrolytes

Drink flavored water -> hydration

Win-win
I do find myself drinking a lot more water because of this. Even if the extra hydration is negligible, it's 100x easier for me to get over a gallon in a day. Especially in the morning

sometimes i'll have 90+ oz plain water in by noon, I take in 8 water bottles a day minimum 135 oz a day, i drink my electrolytes drink upon waking, then just water and milk, i dont count the 4+ cups non fat milk throughout the day

I put electrolytes in every liter I drink. I'm usually in 2-3 liters by noon, not including my energy drink. I try to have at least 1 liter before meal 1. I guess to add to the point @AlexDavis43 made, I just enjoy having the flavor for the most part.

i used to absolutely HATE plain water, now not so much, its so easy for me to suck down a 16.9 oz water bottle like in no time flat, lmao , feel like i'm "shotgunnin" water,,,,

OK nerds. Going from ounces to liters to bottles, can't keep up.

Ballpark figures:

1 gallon = 3.8 liters = 160 ounces = 13.3 cups

You can picture what a gallon of water or a two 2-liter bottles look like.
I got a 1 liter bottle I use throughout the day, and a 2 liter bottle I use for my workouts. I just try to aim to drink 4 in liter bottles, just 1 of my intra.

This is bang on. I personally hate drinking water and have always been a diet soda fiend.

Now I add in EAA’s and Electrolytes to a big water bottle from Mutant and it actually makes it more enjoyable.

My coach had in my plan minimum 6 litres of water which I laughed at but especially on a training day and summers day I have no issues with that amount!

I’ve struggled with fruit and vege intake also I just don’t enjoy it but I have a piece of fruit with most meals and use a nice tasting greens powder and have no issues with getting my daily needs in.
