I think it was about gaining weight in general not trying to gain lean muscle mass. As someone who gain 100lbs in 9 months and then lost 90 of it in 13months (no glp) I can tell you losing is 1000x harder than gaining and anyone who thinks otherwise is a stupid mother fucker.. imo
obviously we are talking about lean muscle mass here lol. whats the point in gaining if its fat/not muscle?

That's how I ended up on forums.

I think the starting point is the key factor. Being overweight and unhealthy, and then trying to create the habits to get the fat off is obviously way harder.

Having a decent body composition and trying to lose fat or gain muscle, has more to do with an individual’s metabolism and how badly they want their goals.

Then I’m a stupid mother fucker cause it’s so much more difficult in my opinion even dirty bulking

I'm pretty sure the Tirzepatide QSC have sent me is bunk. Comparing a dose of 5mg QSC vs 2.5mg Mounjaro, the difference is night and day. I am reluctant to spend more money on getting this tested, but feels like the only way to tell what's going on. I also got BPC and Test P, E and C in the same order, thinking of getting it all tested. Any one else think they got crap from them in the lead up to "going dark"?

I'm pinning the same Tirz as 6 months ago. I don't feel it as much as 6 months ago. Does it mean it's bunk? Absolutely not. It's the same tirz with different body reaction. Everything I have received from QSC including BF and Christmas orders is working as expected. Get your Tirz tested if you think it's bad, but chances are it's just your body reacting differently.

This has been talked about a bunch. UGL vs Pharma is different lot of people notice same effects but need higher doses from UGL tirz. Lot of people get up to 20mg UGL to get the same 15mg pharma “feelz”. Not sure why you think it’s bunk. You gained 50lbs on 5mg? Are you using the same amount of bac water with UGL?

The effect is completely different, pharma gives stronger appetite suppression, can go through the day not thinking too much about food. Whereas the UGL stuff is having no noticeable impact on appetite. Weight is static, no loss since switching from pharma to UGL, but yet the dose is double. Using the same volume of bac water as I would with pharma, so around 0.5ml for each dose. As you said, adding a bit to the dose to get the same feeling is fine, but going double and not getting it is raising some alarm bells.

Was it a smooth transition: pharma one week, UGL the next?

I can’t say if it’s bunk, but I can say I’ve seen hundreds of reports just like yours, specifically moving from 2.5mg Mounjaro to 5mg Mounjaro. That second month just seems to be a total miss for some folks, even on name brand. I personally had great results on 5mg name-brand, but reading through all the reports on Reddit show that the 5mg month is often a miss.

As for the Test, I have heard of folks putting a vial in the fridge to see if it crashes. Instead of sending to Jano, it may easier to pin it a few weeks and get bloodwork.
