I really admire that you don't eat that shit at home and also don't have TV. My wife and I are going to be pretty strict about screens, "unnatural stimuli" e.g., stuff that evokes a disproportionate reward response and pollutes their reward system at a young age, healthy food, and all the other stuff you would kind of expect.
Have you observed differences in your children compared to their peers as a result of the limitations you have placed on TV, food, and other things (I imagine)? Positive, negative, neutral, etc, would love to hear a short tidbit
