All things grappling

im 42 and started BJJ 2 years ago with my now 6 year old son. Its about 45 minute drive for us to train so most we go is 2 days a week. Just a hobby. One day Gi other day no Gi. Wish i could do it more often. GH ruined Bjj for me. Achy joints and knees, and constant tennis elbow.

Interesting. I am trying to research GH and joint health now. How much were you using?

Glad to see we are getting more people in here. 2 days is better than 0.

I used up to 6iu. more pronounced side effects once I hit 4iu. was on GH for over a year. Also adding in carbs really made it worse. I personally won't go back to GH, I used 4 different brands

It's one hour of BJJ twice a week, followed by hour of Striking boxing/muay Thai. If class was closer, I would go more, maybe if i could retire id do it everyday

Im right there with ya, some test and gh is as good as it gets for me. If start adding to much i almost feel more weighted down and less articulate.

Though for another perspective ive read @Leg_locker say he enjoys a bit of tren with his bjj training, and doesnt get any adverse cardio sides from it. Maybe he can chime in here too.
150 test 100 deca is my "hrt" I stay on year round. Tbol is definitely one of my favorite add-ons leading into a comp iv ran 10mg to 60mg/D iv found 20mg is generally more than enough for me as stated before need to stack it with 5g+ taurine or the forearm/calf pumps are debilitating.

The tren was a fun experiment once I got the hypoglycemia under control going to be running it again in the 100mg range again shortly.

Eq is great in the 200mg range for me also, noticable endurance increase

You have any tricks for getting rid of the mental sides from nandrolone? Even low doses really mess with me.

Stop taking it. Only thing that worked for me. Sorry it is bothering you. It sucks.
I haven’t ran it in a while. I like the joint support and I feel strong on it. It just puts me in a shit mood.

The GH and joint health research is actually two papers that you posted. They have been excellent so far.

Im lucky and tolerate 19 nors fairly well. Prolactin and dopamine have an inverse relationship so controlling it with b6/p5p sill help in some case I also take ashwagandha, L-theanine and apigenin ED for sleep mainly but the effects on cortisol probably help mitigate some of the sides aswell
