GLP1 receptor agonists are well tolerated and eliminate or suppress the concept of wanting to eat quite well.
If you are in a location where it is available without a prescription, consider trying ECA - Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin - for appetite suppression. It depends on how you handle it, though if you take Yohimbe already, Ephedrine might be something that is actually less impactful and suppresses appetite quite heavily.
Or consider mitochondrial upregulators.
With bloodwork and a medical doctor to check results, an Estradiol patch or combined Estradiol plus Progesterone might be useful as well, to handle perimenopause more directly, though it would of course have side effects of higher Estradiol. The same bloodwork and visit to a few doctors for Menopause Hormone Therapy might also get you a prescription for GLP1 or similar as well. If the first doctor says no or that they do not understand or prescribe GLP1 agonists, consider the advice given specific to your health. Then also seek another doctor's opinion.
