Do you any of you guys use Cialis ed or eod?

Nasal congestion was my biggest issue, to the extent it caused trouble with my sleep. Interesting to hear it may moderate after a time. I may give this another look, because I remember everything else about my experience being positive.

Try yogurt for the heartburn. Works better than tums IMO.

It went away for me eventually but I find if I don't eat it comes back either way.

Aren't there surgeries for that, like small invasive ones where they open up the nostrils and airways of the nose more?

Cialis sides are similar to blood pressure med sides.

The drugs relax blood vessels, including small ones that provide too much blood flow to things like mucus membranes, which creates congestion.

Over a few weeks, the body has mechanisms that make certain vessels constrict back down to rebalance blood flow, and the sides go away.

Yes, if there is an underlying structural defect. Examples include deviated septum, hypertrophy of the nasal turbinates, and nasal polyps. These conditions could certainly be aggravated by vasodilators like Cialis.

Whether it would be worth surgery to be able to take Cialis for its secondary effects (not ED) is an individual decision. The math doesn't work for me, but maybe it would for someone else.

I started with 2.5mg for the first 4 days just to play it safe and ease in, but by day 5 I was feelin’ bold and bumped it up to 5mg. Now I’m 18 days deep on Cialis, and what can I say - things are working very well.

Erections? Dialed in. Especially when your bro’s hitting deep squats and you’re both trying not to make eye contact. Pumps in the gym are solid, no sides to speak of. BP dropped a little - last check was 108/72, but honestly, I feel great. If this is life on Cialis, I’m not mad at it.

I've been taking 2.5mg ED for 2 weeks and I don't really feel shit.

For those of you taking this stuff, so you tell your primary care doctor? I'm now taking telmasartin 40mg, clinidipine 10mg and tadalafil 2.5mg.

For the first time ever, he commented on my good BP reading during my physical.

I only tell them on a need to know basis. Unnecessary candor can lead to unforeseen issues that can compromise treatment if you're identified as. "drug abuser". As odd as it sounds, a patient acquiring pharma and self treating is viewed with more suspicion than I think an opioid addict would be.

If I had a problem that could be related to one of the meds I'd come up with a story, ie, I got a prescription via telemedicine for daily Cialis.

Now that you know you're handling 2.5mg daily without issue, but not noticing any benefits either, you can bump it up to 5mg.

I just read a couple of studies about daily Cialis appearing to improve endothelial (blood vessel lining) function, with some evidence it slows the development of arteriosclerosis and prevents strokes in long term users.

You don’t feel anything most times. be thankful for that.

The sides from just starting hit me hard. Congested so bad, headaches, muscle ache, heartburn that wakes me up 5-6 times a night without tums. But they went away.

Truly only helps my erection during sex & my BP slightly.

Only feels I get are the bricked up kind, once I’m turned on lol.
One of those things you take and don’t feel until needed. At least for me.

I have 2 negatives to daily cialis.

I’m hard as a fucking rock all night to the point that sometimes it affects sleep quality.

The veins in my head bulge too much.

Shin pumps during cardio used to be an issue but bumping up the taurine seems to have fixed it.

Otherwise, great drug.

Great advice. Thanks. Will keep it to myself. Feels weird to self medicate with pills for some reason.
Congested
I did experience this on the 2.5mg dose for a week or so. Felt like I had a cold but no other symptoms. Gone now, or I'm just used to it.

Fuck, that's terrible.

I think I'll stay at 2.5 for a while.

This is what I'm taking about! Did they mention dose?

That’s wild
Guess you respond very well to it haha

2.5mg daily. Only bump it up to 5-15mg on Friday & Sat for freak sessions.

But taking 5mg + daily gives me the trifecta of bad headaches that feel like Im about to stroke, congestion, and heartburn.
