Absolutely not. I'm one that really hates to introduce anything without at least fully knowing every possible known and theoretical risk, and tadalafil is frankly damn near a miracle drug.Is there any dependency that occurs over time? I have no problem with erections. If somebody takes this for six months and then stops, will a problem surface?
The side effects are almost all annoyances, and as Ghoul notes usually go away after a month. For me the only side effect was some minor flushing and admittedly brutal acid reflux that I had to take omeprozole for once every few days to keep at bay for about 5-6 weeks.
While I do not have any ED, the positive effects on erections are still not unwelcome, the increased bloodflow generally has been great, and if anything it slightly improved certain inflammation markers for me.
Used it daily for about a year before going on a 6 week ski trip and just forgot to bring it, didn't notice anything other than a return to baseline which is in alignment with the literature on it.
