Do you any of you guys use Cialis ed or eod?

Is there any dependency that occurs over time? I have no problem with erections. If somebody takes this for six months and then stops, will a problem surface?
Absolutely not. I'm one that really hates to introduce anything without at least fully knowing every possible known and theoretical risk, and tadalafil is frankly damn near a miracle drug.

The side effects are almost all annoyances, and as Ghoul notes usually go away after a month. For me the only side effect was some minor flushing and admittedly brutal acid reflux that I had to take omeprozole for once every few days to keep at bay for about 5-6 weeks.

While I do not have any ED, the positive effects on erections are still not unwelcome, the increased bloodflow generally has been great, and if anything it slightly improved certain inflammation markers for me.

Used it daily for about a year before going on a 6 week ski trip and just forgot to bring it, didn't notice anything other than a return to baseline which is in alignment with the literature on it.

No, that's a myth. It doesn't lose effectiveness nor do you develop dependence. What does happen is that BPH or ED gets worse over time from their respective underlying causes, and can require a larger dose to treat.

I need to hop on Cialis then... I constantly have to pee at night and I stop start a handful of times mid piss.

How long did it take you to see relief from 5 mg/day?
I have BPH and your symptoms sounds like mine. My doctor has me on Flomax (Tamsulosin HCI) .4 mg and Cialis 5 mg.

The Cialis does make a big difference and takes about 2 to 3 days for the stream to become much stronger.

Best wishes and the two medicines together make everything all good for me. Was diagnosed with the PBH about 6 years ago and the symptoms are all manageable with meds. The only real downside for me is I even look at HGH and I can't pee.

How much Cialis do you guys use for eod? I'm thinking of using 5-10mg eod recently been having issues with erections cause of stress.

What about 5 or 10 mg ed? Is that safe? Just wanted to get your guys opinions
5 mg is good for me for EOD. I’ve even done 2.5 mg daily and it’s fine. Try a few ways and find your sweet spot.

The mix of Cialis, Telmi and Nebivol is probably by far the best you can have for BPH in my opinion!

I use ~10mg EOD, take it after injecting TRT/whatever.

I had some Raws awhile back and made a 2 year supply its pretty easy to do. I'd order the pills themselves if it was cheaper and more accessible in Canada.
I have raws on the way of multiple compounds. For the orals I was just going to get empty capsules and fill with pure raws to the appropriate dose. What was your way of dosing out the Cialis?

Look into Humco or glycerine for creating a suspension for orals. Much easier.

Start with 2.5mg ed or even eod, you don't need much. I've been 2.5mg eod for about a year now and it's fantastic

For those lucky enough to be able to get India Pharma in their countries (ie the US), it's literally $15-20 for a year's worth of daily Cialis.

6-12mg daily for me for the past 3 years. Figure it doesn’t hurt and it improves pumps, vascularity, harder erections, and can be good for the heart. I see no negative to it

I've used 20mg on demand and pre-workout for years and just started running 5mg daily in addition to that. I love it so far.
