Night sweats from HGH

I'm on 5.6iu qsc hgh for about 14 months. Decent night sweats. 6 months ago I was on a blast of Test/Npp and the sweats were really bad. I figured it was the npp ...but now I've been to the 5.6iu of gh and just 200 trt and the night sweats are still here ...but not as bad. I bought a waterproof pillow case liner to help. I need to try morning gh doses next.
Could it have something to do with your sleep as well? I've cleaned up my sleeping routine and got a mouth guard for snoring/apnea and the sweats seem to have gone away (back on 2iu QSC HGH and building dose in coming days to test the waters again). Can't say for sure though until I've ramped up to 3iu's again where the sweating was heavier for me last time. I also just received new HGH from the Lobster. After this trial I will stop GH for a few days, let my RHR come down (because that get's elevated quite a bit too, especially during the night 5-10 bpm), then introduce the Lobster HGH and see if it has the same effect. Keep you posted.

By the way, does everybody get elevated RHR from HGH? Even with doses like 2iu's? Seems to be messing with sleep as well..

I've tried the one from Ali Express that you can form with hot water but it's quite big and uncomfortable (because the silicone get's pretty rigid when it cools down and it kind of hurts my teeth). I'm using a Sleeppro Easifit right now while I wait for my Sleeppro custom mouth guard to be made and delivered. I have to say the easy fit is made of a really nice soft(er) material but still has a snug fit, pretty cheap too €30. Not sure If it's available in the US but in the EU for sure. I'm hoping that the custom one will fit even better, it costs about €200, which is a fair price for a custom made product. I think those are most comfortable because they really fit well around your teeth, Since I have a overbite the DIY ones are pretty painful on my front lower teeth but it's worth the trade off in sleep right now. Still snore a little bit but feeling a lot better now. Good luck finding a fix for your apnea!

Is yours just for snoring or is it one that is an alternative to CPAP therapy? SnoreRX Plus is a decent one for snoring. They now have some expensive CPAP alternatives like the American Sleep Dentistry Oral Appliance.

Its for snoring , i snored for over 2 hrs last night, not all at once , but i have this app that records my sleep etc its called "Shuteye" , so i get the random awakings and when i stop breathing notices etc,, i've done a sleep study that i couldn't complete because i couldn't handle the face masks and shit on my face so it was pretty much scrubbed ,, im open to trying these different style "mouthpieces " so im open to All suggestions,,

Well, I hate the CPAP machine. But I hated the sleep study even more. Who in the hell can sleep good with all that crap attached to your face and body with people watching you on a camera. They diagnosed me with moderate sleep apnea but I never use the machine. SnoreRX works well for me. But I am really interested in those alternatives to the CPAP. That oral appliance costs over $1K but it’d be worth it.

i will most likely try the SnoreRx , im a mouth breather and i think i move my jaw to much when i sleep, hopefully the custom fit might work, Theres a 30 day money back guarantee, so why not right,

I also have sleep apnea and cannot use the mask it is horrible, have an alternating cpap or something like that and it pauses to let me breathe out but its horrible

I use breathe iq from sleep number and man i snored the other night for 4 or the 6 hrs i was asleep

Do you guys find that increasing the height of your pillow aids in reducing snoring? I've added an extra pillow last night to keep my head up higher but it made me snore an hour more and my mouth guard hurt my teeth pretty bad because the pillow pushed against my jaw. Trying to find the right pillow config right now :P

I think elevating really only helps if you are a back sleeper. But sleeping on my back guarantees I will snore.

You ever look into deviated septum? I have a colleague who got surgery for it and said he stopped snoring after.
