Yeah but to maintain 15% you don't need anything special if you are moderately active. I mean 15% you don't even have a six pack lolI get what you’re saying, and I don’t want to dismiss your experience - chronic hunger at lower body fat is real for a lot of people. But I’ve got to be honest, I don’t fully agree with the idea that some people “just can’t” stay lean.
Unless there’s a serious medical condition involved, the body can lose fat and maintain a leaner set point. It’s just incredibly difficult, both mentally and physically. In most cases, it’s not that the body won’t adapt - it’s that the process requires a level of precision and consistency most people underestimate: training, diet quality, recovery, stress management, everything.
So for me, it’s less about “can or can’t” and more about how far someone’s willing to go and how smartly they do it. I’m glad GLP-1s are helping you get there - they’re a great tool when used the right way.
Agreed, 14–15% is the sweet spot. I only suffer when I dip below 11%, and even then it’s just for the camera roll and some fake humility on Instagram. After that, I gladly crawl back to 15% where life tastes good and cardio isn’t a personal attack.Yeah but to maintain 15% you don't need anything special if you are moderately active. yeah, it's that for some people the level of effort that is required to stay at a healthy bodyfat is unsustainable. now that I'm on tirz I can stay at a bodyfat I used to struggle massivly to stay at with relative ease. I'm not saying you can't loose bodyfat, obviously anyone can get lean, I'm talking on a human level many people want to get lean to look and feel better, but at times getting leans results in feeling horrible (like for me), so there are drugs that can fix that. when I say lean I'm talking "fit lean", not bodybuilder on stage lean. 15% is considered lean, tho for me it was unsustainable without tirzepatide, just because my appetite was trough the roof all the time. I'm doing to feel good as well, I see no point in looking good if I hate my lifeI get what you’re saying, and I don’t want to dismiss your experience - chronic hunger at lower body fat is real for a lot of people. Do you have a pic of your physique, obviously don’t show face.yeah, it's that for some people the level of effort that is required to stay at a healthy bodyfat is unsustainable. now that I'm on tirz I can stay at a bodyfat I used to struggle massivly to stay at with relative ease. at 15% you will have abs and decent muscle separation. you just have no idea what 15% looks like.Yeah but to maintain 15% you don't need anything special if you are moderately active. I mean 15% you don't even have a six pack lol
Yea, @Sampei you don't even lift bro. you don't know what a muscle is either.at 15% you will have abs and decent muscle separation. you just have no idea what 15% looks like.

Sure bro, nice story.at 15% you will have abs and decent muscle separation. you just have no idea what 15% looks like.
What nonsense is this? 15% is the maximum level of fat and I would go on a diet. Separation and visible ABS below 12%... 15% will hold any lazy ass without problems who knows the concept of diet and hard training. The fight only begins below 10% fat.at 15% you will have abs and decent muscle separation. you just have no idea what 15% looks like.
He is a clown never trained probably once in his life, if he did he would not say shit like that xDWhat nonsense is this? 15% is the maximum level of fat and I would go on a diet. Totally get where you’re coming from, no point being lean if you feel like trash every day. Looking good is cool, but feeling good? That’s the real flex.yeah, it's that for some people the level of effort that is required to stay at a healthy bodyfat is unsustainable. now that I'm on tirz I can stay at a bodyfat I used to struggle massivly to stay at with relative ease. There are so many options in the underground. Honestly sema, reta and tirz is about the easiest thing to come by. I feel like every vendor in the underground has group buys, promos etc on all 3 all of the time.So I’m pre diabetic and have been using QSCs stuff for like 2 years. Just learned he is out of the game. Who are you guys using now ?
I don’t know everyone’s financial situation but anymore especially with tirz/sema (dare I say cheap) and in my opinion easy to keep a good stock pile of it. If you place an international order I’d just get a year or more worth. Pay the $40-50 shipping and make a decent order and not worry about it. I know some sources have quite a bit of domestic US, EU stock but they charge a bit more.Ok, I guess I just freaked out a little lol . My fav was riz
There are quite a few sources with active telegram and discord channels. I’d just read the last few pages here on the underground and go with one.I’m gonna be really lazy and just ask to be spoon fed lol. Who is this source ? I wanna just order it and be good like you said. My last QSC order lasted 13 months
