Any way to reduce waist size? outside of getting leaner

is there any way to reduce the size of your waist other than just leaning out? I can see my hip bones and have abs but my midsection looks thick. I'm fine with my current bodyfat level but was wondering if things like vacuums and waist trainets actually work to shrink your waist. any advice is appreciated. I don't have a gut because of hyperglycemia or visceral fat, just thick waist. never used AAS, just peptides and supplements. (I'm not a bodybuilder)

A miracle or a corset

More cardio less carbs and yes lowering your overall weight to reduce your circumference.
I don't hold much bodyfat around my waist, leaning out further would only take out 1-1.5 inches at most, unless I decided to dice down to single digit bodyfat which I definetly don't wanna do

Stomach vacuums fasted first thing AM for a few minutes every day. Never actually done it for extended periods but I have read from several others this actually works better than anything else.

And a bottle of magnesium citrate once a month helps keep the plumbing running effectively and removes buildup and clogs in the intestines giving a slimmer profile. I will pound a bottle of mag citrate the day before I want a tight and tiny waist. Like if I have a planned sexy time thing or something the next day I’ll grab a bottle from CVS or Walmart and poo my brains out for 18 hours prior. Lol that sets the waistline back to factory default lol.

controlling food portions, keeping you rmidsection tight and controlled through the day, making your other muscles like delts, lats, bigger/wider so your waist appears smaller.

Vacuums and training your abs and core, cant remember the name of the muscles, can help as you have better control of your waist.

You are 15% BF you have no idea of what you are talking about xD
15% bf is lean, you just underestimate your bodyfat, 15% you'll have abs and muscle separation in arms amd legs. caliper gives me 8mm at fattest point of my abdomen (while pinching and pulling the fat, otherwise it's hard ti mesure it). I hold much more in the legs

Anything training the transverse abdominis. Vacuum is one such exercise.

Yeah? Ok show it to us. Show us your muscle separation in legs arms and your abs. Prove me wrong and I'll apologize

Training is his core will more likely than not make his midsection appear blockier and larger
100%!
One trains the core not for the abs but for many other reasons but sure as hell training it make it bigger and so not slimmer

you would be suprised how many burly soccer moms i see at the gym furiously training their abs thinking it's going to make them slim down. Sometimes they ask me for advice and i tell them what they are doing is going to have the opposite effect of what they want.

Then next day i see them continuing to do the same shit...

i doubt theres much separation at 15% bf, Abs "if the lighting is just right" lol,,
there is muscle separation at 15%, sure you won't be shredded but even with natural light I can see a little definition between the biceps/brachialis/triceps/delts and in the quads. with good lighting I can see the division between the lats and spinal erectors. you guy way underestinate your bodyfat percentage
