Primo as AI and when to get labs

Thanks brother. Great data. I will let you know how it goes. I think 3:1 is a great starting point for me just because I'm a hyper-responder to everything. May have to adjust....
If you are a true hyper respond crank the test up to 1.5g and let’s see what happens

I ended up deciding on 2.5:1 as a starting point. Simple 250 Test, 100 Primo + 25 Var daily. A couple of weeks in and feeling like I nailed it but will wait another 2 weeks and draw bloods.
Awesome!

I’m on the exact same cruise now, 250 test 100 primo, 15-30 Var depending on my workout.

Feeling great other than an old shoulder injury flaring up that makes pressing movements painful.

Doing pretty much the same here but with 350 Test and 250 Primo and no Var.

While running the Var, do you have any lipid management in place?

Currently taking 10mg ezetimibe and citrus bergamot.

In Feb I started taking 10mg ezetimibe, 180mg bempedoic acid and 5mg rosuvastatin because my ApoB was higher than I wanted it to be.

Saw someone here post about how using ezetimibe alone dropped their LDL significantly, like almost too low, so I rethought my lipid stack and stopped taking the others so I could see how each med would affect things individually.

Getting bloodwork again in a couple weeks to see where things are and plan to add the other meds back in one at a time if/as needed and recheck again.

After my April bloodwork I also plan to blast again, starting at 400 test/160 primo and adjusting the primo up to find a sweet spot for E2.

Yes, I've taken Lipitor 40mg for years. Doesnt change my natural LDL to HDL ratio but keeps total cholesterol under 100. I also take 1200 NAC from a week preceeding to a week after Var for liver

Personally I’d do it now. Primo crashed my E2. Those aching joints turned into mild injuries before I finally did something to resolve my low E2. Then my cycle was derailed.
Primo crashed my E2 . And raised hemoglobin levels. We all know that primo was created exactly for this.

In all sincerity, stacking three steroids has never yielded significantly better results for me compared to a higher dose of Testosterone combined with Primo or Equipoise, alongside ample HGH. With just two compounds, everything appears to function far more efficiently.

Testosterone remains the most effective muscle builder, while Primo and EQ serve primarily to slightly mitigate the need for aromatase inhibitors. The more test I used the better I felt the more I grew.

Ultimately, I would incorporate both—a modest dose of AI along with Primo or
EQ.
How long does it take for the ai affects of Primo to kick in?

I will never pretend to understand this estrogen shit it makes no God damn sense.

Steroid experts be like.... "don't ever use an AI blindly, always go off of bloodwork. It's not a guessing game, you can't go off of feels for this kind of stuff it's serious business "

Then someone posts about how their E2 levels are high and the response will be "well it doesn't matter, how do you feel though? I feel best with my levels 3x the normal range, it just works for me :)"
I start crying at sad country songs with high E2. That's my cue to stop primo and slam a wee bit extra T

35-45 is ideal. I personally prefer 30-35. Anything above 45 turns me into a emotional bitch. 55-60 is the hard limit but no need to let E2 raise any further than that, especially not above 100.

Wouldn't it all depend also on your SHBG? Theoretically, couldn't you have over 100 E2 with high SHBG and experience no symptoms but have 50 E2 with really low SHBG and have high E2 symptoms? Because with lower E2/SHBG you have more free E2?
