RBC count still high

Nattokinase only works as well as you believe it will. This keeps floating around, and it doesn't do shit. Placebo. Coincidental. Same thing as Carnitine upregulating androgen receptor density.

Studies suggest that it does act as a blood thinner and can help prevent clots.

Withholds your TRT with a 52 HCT. That’s my level normally on TRT no matter I do lol
That’s wild
Yes, it’s unfortunate that most doctors are held to account to the standards of care protocol set for by the medical community. If the urological society sets a limit before cessation of a drug than Dr.s follow it to a T. There are a few doctors out there trying to educate the masses and I’m hopeful in a few years blood letting will be a thing of the past. As it stands now 52-54 seems to be the cut off for most urologist/TRT clinics. It’s a disservice to clients and frankly it’s malpractice to remove a needed medication for some arbitrary number that has little to no impact on the patient. IF slightly elevated hct/hemo was the danger the medical community warns you’d have dead TRT patients by the thousands turning up and hundreds of thousands hospitalized with cardiac or thrombosis events!!

I recently saw a message from a guy that people living high in the mountains have very high hematocrit levels. I drink enough water every day, I have a clean diet all my life, I have 20-30 thousand steps every day and cardio (quite adequate). But my ancestors, my parents were born and raised in the Caucasus Mountains, approximately 1000 meters above sea level. I think this is enough to have a high hematocrit. I have traveled to all the states of America and even in the mountains of Tennessee, approximately 2000 meters above sea level, I feel very good, but my wife has bad blood pressure because she is a European girl with low hemoglobin and hematocrit levels. At the moment my cycle is test 125 mg per week and dht (either masteron 200 or stan 1 tablet), red blood cells are normal, platelets are ideal and all other indicators are normal, except for hemoglobin (maybe I ate a lot of beef in the last weeks and before taking the test) and also the hematocrit was 58 became 57. unfortunately I have been without a break for 10 years and I do not remember what my hematocrit was initially before the cycle in my youth (now I will be 41). Perhaps I got genetics from my parents. But definitely need to monitor your blood pressure.

I’m trying to avoid the constant therapeutic phlebotomies this time around. I’m trying a lot of the usual suggestions. Hemo Flow by Leviathan has Nattokinase. Plus high hydration. Lots of cardio. And GSE drops plus a second naringin supplement. I had labs yesterday so I will know if it’s working today or tomorrow.
Sir. Could you please show your tests after you started taking nattokinase?

Received partial labs last night.

11/15
RBC 5.02 (Range 4.14-5.8)
Hemoglobin 15.8 (Range 13-17.7)
Hematocrit 48 (Range 37-51)
Total Test over 1,500

Levels before starting TRT+
RBC 5.18
Hemoglobin 16.2
Hematocrit 48.1

I have always had issues in the past so I’m pretty happy about these results.
Sorry . I see. but your hematocrit levels were initially normal

About 12-18 months ago I was on 300mg of Test C weekly which is not high compared to some. My hematocrit was 55-58 but I cannot remember my RBC. Back then I was going through a clinic and the Doc of course panicked and had me doing therapeutic phlebotomies every 6-8 weeks. Then I started having BP issues so I tapped out so I could get everything under control. The same happened the previous 2 times also.

This time I’m my own Doc. I am on a lower dose (average 175mg a week) plus 90mg Primo weekly (just added). LabCorp caps total T at 1,500 and I am over that level now. I’ve always been an over responder to every medication I’ve ever taken.
Your hematocrit probably dropped lower because of the phlebotomy

The 11/15 results were pre-phlebotomy. I donated blood on 12/12. On 12/04 my HCT and hemoglobin were pushing the upper limits due to Primo so I went and donated blood. If you are wondering whether Natto or Leviathan’s Hemo Flow helps, I have no idea. Maybe. Maybe not. But like all my other supplements it cannot hurt.

thanks for sharing. please tell me do you donate whole blood? right? If I have hemoglobin 19, will they accept me? (Red Cross) Yes, I have telmisartan, nattokinase, water, cardio every day (30 thousand steps), turmeric (500 morning, 500 before bed ) . I see it helps during the day, but I know that it takes time to stabilize everything.

They will usually allow you to donate if only your hemoglobin is high. If your hematocrit is also high they might suspect you have polycythemia and not allow you to donate. If you are being treated at a TRT clinic they can sign a form that would still allow you to donate with high HCT and hemoglobin.

That is why I get labs every 6-8 weeks. Better to donate before your levels are too high than try after the fact.

No, I am not undergoing treatment at the TRT clinic.

let's do it this way. I know how to solve this problem. yes water, yes cardio and other dietary supplements. but. before I always did the procedure when they take red blood cells, reduce their quantity and send it back into your blood. and all the values return to normal. without any blood loss. I have lived in the States for 4 years and the first time I encountered this was here. and thank God I saw that RED CROSS has this procedure. you can read all the scientific articles about its benefits. where they report that this is the best option. and I am surprised that there is so little information on MESO. I don't know the reasons.
P.S. In Eastern Europe, this is the number 1 procedure among bodybuilders

I think you can only do power red donations twice a year which might not be enough for some of us. Whole blood can be donated every 58 days. Plus it takes about two hours to do power red donations.

For me personally I don’t like the idea of them removing my blood, putting it in a plastic bag, then returning it to my body.

Are there any private clinics here that are willing to accept patients for the procedure I described for a separate fee?

and as for separating blood - do you think that they can contaminate the blood? if I'm not mistaken, this is a special machine and not a bag

Of course I run into a lot of problems in medicine. My wife was preparing for pregnancy and when I lived in Florida, we had health insurance, and the doctors said why do you need a blood test, and we tell them that we want to get checked before pregnancy. I was shocked when they said no tests are needed.

in critical situations this is the only best way to quickly restore blood counts. My friend IFBB PRO his dosages are test E 700/week and masteron 700/week and his counts are still there for another six months after this procedure

I don’t know about private clinics but The Red Cross and Vitalant perform the procedure. And it looks like you can do it 3 times a year. Vitalant mentions “Ideal blood types include O-negative, O-positive, A-negative and B-negative.” so I don’t know if everyone can donate. They also mention high hemoglobin as a disqualifier so that might be an issue for you.

I am not sure where the blood is initially stored after removal but at a minimum it goes through plastic tubes to exit and enter. If you take my blood out just keep it. lol
