RBC count still high

Who does the blood test the day after?
Yup sometimes they recommend doing bloods 3 weeks after, I don’t exactly remember why but I think for your body to actually adapt to the change. I think you can donate every 56 days or 8 weeks?

Geez old buck im actually agreeing with u on some stuff. lol

I’m trying to avoid the constant therapeutic phlebotomies this time around. I’m trying a lot of the usual suggestions. Hemo Flow by Leviathan has Nattokinase. Plus high hydration. Lots of cardio. And GSE drops plus a second naringin supplement. I had labs yesterday so I will know if it’s working today or tomorrow.
Interested to see your labs.
Also just Started GSE to see if it affects me. Bumping the EQ up so I’m trying to avoid issues.

So a day after isn't ideal? Does it misrepresent the actual blood values?

I have done a day, 3 days, a week and a month after and every single one came out elevated lol.
I just asked a question. To have a clear understanding of when the test were done. As long as a person is hydrated the test should be accur4ate for that time frame.

I would donate when things were towards the top of the range. When test were taken a week of 2 later my levels would be noticeably lower and would rise till i donated again at the 8-10 week mark when i donated again. I did find i tended to feel mentally better after donating. Happened that way for all the years i was doing higher doses. These days with only using 200-300 mg a week of test leaves me in the mid range. So i don't donate as much. Mostly to just make sure their is blood available for those that need it.

It kind of gives you a euphoric effect. I also sleep like a baby after donating. And for people that are really elevated it pretty much thins their blood out immediately causing a relaxed feeling. And for others who are terrified of needles when its over they have relief from thinned blood and a adrenaline dump so they feel extra good lol. My body just does not tolerate how amounts of test. Destroys my cbc

Lmao
Hey new comer it is never too late to be correct!!!
lmao what did the young bull tell the old bull? Let’s run down there and f one of them those cows. The old bull says no let’s walk down and f them all. Same concept of our lifestyle.

I respect my elders especially those with 20+years experience. I was playing hs football when u started here, hardly knew what aas was. Thats was when bill romanowski was my idol, part of the balco thing.

Sorry for the typo. I get a message from the blood bank saying my blood was successfully given to a patient. O- cmv- is super rare so I’m super lucky to help.

It makes me feel good, like I’m making up for some shity stuff I’ve done in life.

Hematocrit 48 (Range 37-51)
Total Test over 1,500

Levels before starting TRT+
RBC 5.18

Bama,

What were your highest levels on gear?

Seems you've always been in decent ranges.

My crit has been as high as 61 along with crazy RBG and glob.

About 12-18 months ago I was on 300mg of Test C weekly which is not high compared to some. My hematocrit was 55-58 but I cannot remember my RBC. Back then I was going through a clinic and the Doc of course panicked and had me doing therapeutic phlebotomies every 6-8 weeks. Then I started having BP issues so I tapped out so I could get everything under control. The same happened the previous 2 times also.

This time I’m my own Doc. I am on a lower dose (average 175mg a week) plus 90mg Primo weekly (just added). LabCorp caps total T at 1,500 and I am over that level now. I’ve always been an over responder to every medication I’ve ever taken.

I've been dealing with high RBC, H&H since starting AAS in May 2023 with TRT clinic. Didn't know jack about any of this, and the clinic was a waste. I totally agree with you, you have to be your "own Doc" to be effective and healthy. The clinic is just going to F around and take your money.

I just ordered Natto, GSE, and IP6—before buying Hemo Flow—to see where that takes me. I am, of course, curious how others respond to Hemo Flow vs the other supps.

I didn't want to hijack OPs thread, but hopefully this info is conducive.

Just out of curiosity, have you always been well hydrated before each blood test? I just got back my blood levels and my RBC and H&H were slightly elevated. I was definitely hydrated and I'm on the lowest dose of Test-C I have ever taken which I find odd. I read that grapefruit lowers RBC a lot so I will give that a try for next months blood work.
