I have noticed now that I'm older at the age of 46. I need more rest days even with gear. When I train I like and believe in high intensity weight training as heavy as you can go with being able to rep 10 to 8 reps and if I'm feeling really good I'll do 12 reps. Then after weight training I do cardio for 30 to 40 minutes steady state. Now I need 3 rest days to recover
