They are slow to reply.. they sometimes ignore my email for days until I nag at them then they reply fast. Everytime they ghost me for several days they always pull out these stupid excuses such as; they are sick, everyone is on holiday, either that or everyone fell asleep.. for days lmao.

Dont get me wrong their AE gear are LEGIT and fast shipping, arrives within a week, however deus medica takes them forever, a week or two for them just to send the package and a couple of weeks until the good arrived, in total it takes almost a month until my gear arrived. Overall it takes them too long to send/reply any emails. Most legit source are faster ranging from few hours to several hours, these guys take forever to reply take days and weeks and it throws me off everytime, many times they fuck up my competition cycle despite of me ordering my gear ahead of schedual. AE are legit but they really pisses me off. They should be more professional because I hate to pick and poke at them when they are slow to reply, but if you send them an angry email then they reply fast as fuck.

My conclusion is that they hold back.. probably because of their popularity too many email to answer. They do help though, when my gear got in custom they resend. They are legit but I do not recommend to people with rroid rage lmao I have zero patience and it drives me crazy every fucking time I make order, for them to take a week to reply in my country sources reply within fastest 1 hour, otherwise several hours at worse, but not with AE takes them forever. Drives me crazy. But yeah their AE gear are legit, fast delivering and potent gear, slow poke tortoise to get an order but the EU delivery fast as fuck!

Please do spam them lol. They will eventually answer. Probably car accident, chicken pox or everyone felt in coma as excuse, not surprised if they got gojira attack or alien invasion. lmao. Good luck!

I made an order long time ago with EOQ through AE and it took 3 whole weeks for them just to send after me paying, and then 1 whole month of waiting and waiting just to know that it got stuck in custom.. I lost 2 whole fucking months, fucked up my cycle, then later they send me sometime else in exchange which took another 3 weeks. So 10 fucking weeks of fucking up my whole schedule. They are slow , its ridiculous.

Now im currently waiting for my new order.. 4 weeks in, they ignored all my email for the past over 2 weeks after i politely send them my emails 4 times and they ignored all my emails. Im their customer for more 10 months now and their service just keep degrading. Not sure how long more I can suck up to their bullshit, every order I make with them keeps stressing me out even though I order before hand a month in ahead of my schedule. Im wasting my time lol.

Got stuck once in German custom not Sweden. Then they did a resend which took forever to send, every order I make always take forever they are slow, then once the order is shipped then it takes few weeks which is according to plan, but its their work ethics that is poor.

My last order they ignored me after I paid, they say that they shipped.. then ignored me like they usually do but this time they are gone for good and never reached back. Basically a exit escape plan, take the money and run.
They were ''loyal'' until they decide to run with the money.
