A vacuum is ideal for a variety of reasons and if I had a source regularly sending me vials that weren't under vacuum I'd probably swap to a different source. The lyophilization process involves putting the vial under vacuum - if it isn't anymore, then there is somehow air ingress (or I suppose it could potentially have not fully lyophilized to begin with)Lmao i remember that dude, I take it they are still good then?
I'd not think much of it if it was a one off occurrence and I'd still use any vial that lacked a vacuum (though I would filter, like I do all my shit, because it's cheap/quick/easy and I'd rather be safe than sorry, even if it turns out not to be necessary.)
