Look at the Study of Trevogumab and Garetosmab as a statin antagonist and activin-a antagonist

The results of the study on small primates:

  • Monkeys without semaglutide lost about 400g of body fat with about 15g muscle loss
  • Monkeys with semaglutide lost about 700g of body fat but lost about 100g of muscle with it
  • Monkeys with semaglutide and trevogrumab lost about 1300g of body fat and lost about 15g of muscle!!!!!
  • Monkeys with the combo therapy (semaglutide, trevogrumab and garetosmab) lost about 1400g of body fat but GAINED about 450g of muscle!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeap, if side effect profile is better than AAS, which surely seems so, this will be a new era for bodybuilding and body composition for average joe. Let's see.. there might be some side effects that will ruin the party that we haven't heard of yet. Also, I think it will be pretty hard to make.. Let's see if UGL's can pull it off when we get there.
 
I think monoclonal antibodies have storage requirements similar to recon'd peps.

UGL storage/transport for 'mabs would be a hurdle. Not impossible.

Isn’t this exactly what was said about sarms years ago. They were the next greatest thing ever and would replace traditional anabolics and have fewer side effects, exc. funny how that turned out!

Not really, not comparable between those 2.
No SARMS was able to produce those kinds of results on paper. Not even steroids can do that on paper
Also they have 2 different method of action.
Those substance looks very promising until now.
It's a matter of time until China will be able to produce those and get on market where bunch of degenerates will try and see how will work out for bodybuilding

Sure but these new drugs work in a different way than modulating or stimulating the androgen receptor. On paper, they are far superior and knock out the main mechanism that causes your muscles to shrink.

We are already on steroids. Im sure if you did this same study but instead added a gram of test to some normie on a glp1 he’d gain more muscle.
