High red blood count

It ain't just RBCs. Interplay of (1) elevated Hct plus (2) plasma viscosity which sets (3) whole blood viscosity. Hct of 50 or 55 for one person may yield very different whole blood viscosity than another.

Those people are morons with blanket statements. Hyperviscosity is a "thing" and the long term wear and tear of elevated blood viscosity on the cardiovascular system is something to respect.
So just got new labs and they are worse. And why is my white blood count creeping up?

Maybe it is not "crazy high," but it is high enough to be pushing your e2 out of range and your RBC out of range.

This is really my only point.

Many of us push the doses and then use an AI to bring e2 back in range and drain blood out into our bathtub or donate double reds to try to bring our RBC back into range.

I am submitting for consideration that neither is acceptable for TRT. Lower the dose into a range that your body handles with e2 and RBC in normal ranges.

Short blasts of higher dosages? Fine, use an AI as needed and donate blood, but I do not think those are good solutions for the long term, years and years.

It is just my opinion. I believe if we are going to do this, then we should give our body a break from time to time. "Cruising" as most describe it on here does not do that.

True TRT does.

Do your cycle, put on the mass or do the awesome summer cut down to 7% body fat looking awesome (oh, bullshit, nobody is doing the cut, lol, permabulk forever!), but then go back down to true Testosterone Replacement Therapy, not TRT+ or a cruise.

It is doubtful that your trough number was 890 measured at whatever the worst possible time and lowest level was for you when natty.

Just my two cents, glutesforthesloots, and you can feel free to discard it as you wish. Only you can be responsible for yourself, and you answer for the choices you make and their consequences, not me.

I am sharing my opinion out of a caring heart, not out of a desire to control.

When you turn 60, are you going to look back and say, "Damn, I sure am glad back then I did that extra 60mg a week!" or whatever. You get my point.
Got my new results in and they are worse. Also white blood count Is getting higher so I'm stressing over here.

34 years old. Blasted and cruised when I was younger. Took a ton of stuff. Last few years I only do trt 160 mgs. 2 months ago got blood work and my hematocrit was 54. So I donated blood. In the mean time I started HCG as well. Just got blood work again and it's now 57! The highest it's ever been on my whole life even higher than when I was blasting. I thought I was hydrated enough. I did test early morning after doing yard work for an hour or two but not sure if that matters. Worried I'm gonna drop dead.
Anytime it hits 55 donate. Don’t have a set date and time when you donate like some people do lol

It could be a stupid idea but endurance overtraining reduce rbc
Its doesn't even need overtraining. Just standard endurance training reduces haematocrit -so called "sports anaemia"- partly by increasing plasma volume and partly by wearing out old less functional red cells quicker.

what can i do in these siruations if im not able to donate, ever?
basicly im on humira for life and they wont tske my blood, i cant donate cause of that.

Please post the corresponding TT/SHBG/E2 values for these time points if you have them. Also your HRT regimen for each time point. Note dosing frequencies, etc.

You'll get more useful feedback if you document it all so folks can track.

Am I stupid for simply suggesting an 18 gauge needle placed in an empty 1ml syringe w/o plunger, and placed in an arm vein near the crease?

You can drain a pint in 30 minutes and be done with this problem.

Then buy hemoglobin strips and next time it's too high, simply drain it again.

If you are secondary hypo, meaning your testes are receptive to hCG, this is probably not helping your RBC, Hct issue. Note first two and last two data points are statistically within the noise. So you have basically one step change.

Question. So I had labs drawn Monday. Retested labs on Wed. Just got a donation today on Thursday. Is it ok to get labs drawn tmro. I'm going away on vacation so won't get to get tested for a bit and Im hoping to see some improvement. Is it safe to get my veins knicked 4 times in a week though?

i would speculate that your body needs a bit more time after the blood draw to "readjust" its levels etc, ,

Youll have artificially low rbc and hct for about 2 months after donating so have to wait for accurate readings

tbh couldnt do it by myself... i have 0 issues with it but i would need nurse... damn i got goosebumps just from that idea

Careful doing that, there’s cases of people passing out while doing it. I remember someone in promuscle ended up in the ER.
If you disturb the needle, it'll clot up.

Blood donation uses a vacuum system. It's highly unlikely you'll bleed out if you drain yourself.
