I personally hate furosemide and torsemide, I used torasemide and it is incredibly powerful, so powerful that I got a worsening in bloating the next few days because of the stress it causes due to strong dehydration
I ordered from Keshavdas and Sons on Indiamart (they are not on mesoRx, but some Indian seller should be able to get you these molecules.
You really have to monitore electrolytes and check for any symptoms for hyperkalemia because it can be serious. I didn't get any potassium increase but I'm taking salbutamol wich lower it.
Last option I never tried but that I have on hand is tolvaptan, a vasopressin receptors blocker. It makes you pee free water (without electrolytes) but it seems overkill and is liver toxic long term.
I know what it is to have the moin face, and I used to stock a lot of water on calves too, and on my hands to the point I was not even free on my movements in my joints. Diuretics help but are not magic. Eplerenone take some times to show full effects (and should be taken long term!)
Weirdly, lowering too much sodium is worse for me than eating salty at each meal (probably lowering vasopressin), so you have to find what's working for you...
