What's it like at that dosage?I was prescribed 100 mg weekly of Deca for 10 weeks at a time. I just prefer NPP. I’ve never run more than 200 mg nandrolone per week.

MWF is plenty. Type-IIx said phenylprop is close enough to enanthate that you could even do twice weeklyNice thread, im about to add a low dose NPP to my TRT as well.
Is MWF enough? Any reason to dose it more frequently?

nandrolone gets a bad rep for lots of water retention. Obviously there will be some as with most other anabolics but I’ve cut and bulked in nandrolone several times and that aspect is more dependent upon diet / carbs / salt / cardio than nandrolone itself. However keep in mind I do use lower dosages. Perhaps at 600 mg a week things to get pretty watery no matter what.

Not really. My diet was shit for a long time. My Step one was eliminating processed foods (usually dinner sides) and replacing with more vegetables and meat. Step two was opting for leaner cuts of meat and better veggies (beets/kale). Unintended but wonderful side effect, satiated with reduced portion sizes. I’m slowly cutting down on my breads and pasta but man it’s hard. I love food.Weird. I get it.

You can't think of it as "food". It is not your friend. It is only fuel, building blocks. Do not make friends with food. It doesnt care about you. Use it as a tool to pile on the slabs of veiny, striated muscle the best you can.I love food.
Going back and implementing this would be a cool experiment.
