what you report has already happened in the past with other UGLs, in this case opti is not the direct manufacturer, but a retailer who speaks with the boss of Unique, so I think the best thing is to let opti ask for information and report what is said

Yes I am aware opti is a reseller and not the direct manufacturer. But as the saying goes:
"Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."
I was left short on sust250 I purchased in June, and said nothing, so if I don't speak up and let people know its happened to me again, its shame on me. So letting people know they should be more discerning and check their vial volumes.

I am writing to say I'm having some issues with Unique Pharma. In general most of my experience in purchasing the Unique products from you has been good.
Also, when I was on your sust 250, (350mg per week) I recently got my bloods done and my test levels came in at 77.7nmol/L (2240ng/dl) which confirms potency.
However, I have had consistent issues with the quantities included in the vials being less than the stated 10ml. As mentioned, the sust that I was on I was planning for 7 weeks at 350mg per week. But from one of your vials, I got 5 weeks 7.8ml (the vial was roughly 2ml short!) I had to tap into some spare Test E I had to continue my cycle.
Similarly, I just today received my order of EQ, ( see pics attached). They're from the same batch UN56437. You can clearly see the difference in the volumes in each vial. Again, one of them is about 2ml short. The cap on the one that has less is really loose, too, (but its not leaking).
And its not just with the AAS that have this issue. I have purchased a lot of BPC157 as well. I'm running 5mcg per day. That means the 5mg with 2ml bac water version I get, injecting at 20 units per day I should technically get 10 days of use. In most instances I get 7 or 8.
So, what gives? I know you do lab reports and everything but do you check volume consistency at all?
It's like ordering 100 tabs and only getting 80. Not one person I know would be happy with that. Its very frustrating.
Does anybody else have this issue?
No way now do I have enough EQ to complete the Cycle I am planning in the New Year, again I will be short.

Thank you for informing us about this. It’s actually the first time (I think) we are hearing about this issue with Unique pharma. We have directly send it to manufacturer. Additionally, we checked our stock of Sust and Bold globally (old and newer batch) and luckily we didn’t find any issues in vial filling levels in the ones we inspected.

The thing with the vials not having the same content is a valid concern but the BPC is your problem. You’re the one mixing it in. The powder compared to the fluid you inject is marginal and should not have any implications. You’re probably not very precise when measuring the dosage.

The BPC comes with the amount of bac water required to mix included. Regardless, I'm not too bothered about the peptides. The vials underfilled was really my main concern and the real issue I wanted to highlight.
Just to say, Opti has solutionised the issue straight away! Great seller and great customer service

Do you use insulin syringes for the bpc? If not then you always lose some fluid that stays in the needle. With insulin syringes it’s a lot less loss.

I always throw the ampoule and take from a vial of bac water so I have no experience with it but then it’s possibly less bac water which you should spot while mixing.

i use 1ml syringes without dead space for them mostly. draw with 27g 1/2", suck everything from needle and swap to 30g 1/2" them pin. works great.
for hgh slin pins from bd but needles are blunt after piercing vial stomper...

For your benefit, I've included other vials from my stock. You can see consistency in all the others, except from the one on the end, which is the one that is under volume.

Am I tripping or does the one of the end look like you open it already then just set the cap back on? Like it’s taller than all the rest and has more of the metal lid showing?

I wanted to advise fellow forum members and Opti of the issues I had experienced from underfilled Unique items I purchased, (which is, in part, the purpose of the forum. We're here for safer steroid use, reliable source talk, to hold sources accountable and, in my opinion, to have each other's back).
I've been on this forum approaching 2 years and I have been scammed already as many times!, (NOT by Opti). So I wanted to inform others so they would be mindful of their purchases.
When I submitted my post I did not know whether Opti would respond and offer a solution or not.
Thankfully and graciously they did! However, they could just as easily told me to go kick rocks, for all I knew.
Anyone who has a number of Unique vials in their stock will be able to testify that the blue caps sit at differing heights on the vials, depending on batch, product etc.
If you look at @BabaJagga posts with the pictures they provided you will see what I am taking about. Clearly some of the caps on the vials are different than others. link to image below.

There was no malicious intent brother. I agree with holding sources accountable 100%. But you’d be foolish to think there aren’t customers trying to scam vendors too. And that hurts us all as well. Again I’m not saying this is the case for you. Just stating what it looked like to me.
